I was wondering in Gingerbread 2.3.2, is it possible to change the lock screen wallpaper to make it different to your background wallpaper? Is there any way of doing it with out using a third party app?
Can anybody help with this?
TBH i somehow turned the lockscreen off and now i can't trun it back on.. So i don't have a lock screen anymore.
And for your problem there is a widget that does that i think but it ain't free. it's called widget locker or something like this.
My phone bypasses the lock screen and goes straight to the home screen every time I reboot. How do I fix it so that after a reboot it goes to the lock screen / Go Locker first?
This is a problem with ALL the lockscreen apps in general. Try a different launcher with the same locker app, see if it resolves the issue. If not, then you're better off with the stock lockscreen.
Please enable the Security options in One lockscreen only.
Sent from a Galaxy far far away....
So I've had my S7 Edge for 4 days now and I'm loving this phone more than my iPhone.
I have run into a problem changing Lockscreen and Home Screen wallpapers.
I can set a wallpaper for both Lockscreen and Home Screen but cannot change individual wallpapers.
I've tried changing the wallpaper through the stock gallery app and also through the stock file manager app that comes with the S7 Edge but it will not let me have 2 different wallpapers for Lockscreen and Home Screen.
Any suggestions?
Bit of a daft question but have you used the settings option to change your wallpaper or by long holding on the home screen?
Yes I've tried that as well with no luck.
Having an Issue with the 910G running 6.0.1 rooted w/ nova launcher. Every time I set my lockscreen wallpaper it automatically changes to a different one about every 30 minutes or so. Have tried to turn off in Settings and Nova Launcher but I don't think I can find it in Nova Launcher and nothing happens no matter what I do in the regular settings. What do!?
I got this device for my parents. So I'm not going through trouble of rooting and flashing custom roms.
So I thought to debloat all the miui stuff.
By far I've pretty much been successful, disabling apps through adb.
What I can't get around is the fact that there is a custom mechanism through which lock screen is being shown. This app called Theme manager (com.android.thememanager) is enabling something called wallpaper crousel.
Now I've disabled both, but doing so sets a default static wallpaper. I want it to be same as home screen (rotating Goohle wallpapers). But there seems no way to do it.
Any help would be appreciated, just want to get to stock lock screen or at least set same home screen / lock screen wallpapers.
I have a rick that worked. go themes than go to live wallpapers set any one live wallpaper from the themes app on both homescreen and lockscreen now go to google wallpaper app and set a wallpaper on homescreen and lockscreen this will work on recent miui 10 roms.
