Same here. Are you rooted? I used towelroot. I suspect that may have something to do with this issue.
You might find some more information here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-galaxy-s5/help/update-t2861123
Seems like some people are also having this issue, rooted or not.
Same Problem. Phone is 3 weeks old and bone stock.
I'm receiving the update right now .. 142.85MB .. will posted when downloaded and installed.
http://www.att.com/esupport/softwareUpdateArticle.jsp?sid=KB424848&cv=820#fbid=fmEibL_yr1M
Update was successful .. posting before and after screenshots..
Can't install either. Phone was rooted with towelroot but have since gone back to stock. Update starts at 25% goes to 32%, stops, and then says install interrupted.
Stock, not rooted, same issue

No. No change. I now plan to go to a Samsung Center at a Best Buy and have them directly flash the update.
Recently had my s7 edge rooted with the guide that says root and knox still good.
Just used the part of the guide where it says unroot I'm back on stock firmware but now I can't take an Ota it fails and I can't use samsung pay. I was wondering if I did something wrong or there is a step in missed and need to do ?
Thanks in advance for any and all help.
You have to Odin a stock firmware.
That's what I did
What does Settings - About phone - Status - "Phone status" say? It should say "Official".
Also booting to Download Mode (phone off, hold Power/Vol Down/Home at same time, then press Vol Up when prompted) to confirm that "System Status" should read "Samsung Official" or "Official".
You can also install this app, KNOX Status Samsung, and it'll tell you your Knox Status.
If Knox is not valid, you will not be able to use Samsung Pay, and once Knox is tripped, there is no undoing that.
Only reason I can't be on root either is because even with all the power saving functions I've had enabled through root, it didn't have as good battery saving as stock unrooted.
But yeah, try to make sure you didn't do something to trip KNOX.
Yeah that's the odd thing I downloaded the knox checker and it says the warranty is valid

I'm not seeing anything in the Verizon Root Guide w/ Knox Good where it says anything about unrooting, so I assume you flashed the official phone firmware via ODIN? What version firmware did you flash? Did you get the stock firmware files from this thread here?
My apologies this was the thread that I used for unroot

Does your baseband version match your build number? You only need to look at the last 3 digits. If they don't match then you flashed the wrong update file onto your phone.

Here you go this might work I found this on the regular s7 forum........
For those of you who want to go back to stock and are having trouble with any updates i have found a fix.
(only do this if u want to go 100% back to stock and want to update to current software and future updated software. If u want to stay on PG2 software and never update, then ignore this post)
In the instructions on how to flash back to stock, the OP only included 3 files u had to flash using Odin (AP, CP and CSC). follow those steps up to the point where everything is flashed back to stock and your phone has rebooted to home screen. After that, power off your phone and restart to download screen (hold home, power button and volume down at same time)
once u are booted to the download mode screen, open odin and select BL and find the BL file that came with your stock folder. Once its loaded, hit start and let Odin flash it. Your phone will reboot and you will be able to update your phone to any new software released.
I had a problem trying to update to PG1 after reflashing to stock. My update would crash at 32%. This will fix that issue.

That is ok for me you were still a huge help and I really appreciate it.
Just got November ota update in 60mb i am just curious to know if it is gonna lock the bootloader.
UPDATE-/ BOOTLOADER STILL UNLOCKED I TESTED & DOWNGRADED TO 5.1.1 OK1 .
I just received it as well. I use my phone for work so it's encrypted but could you try to downgrade and let's us know what happened
Yes, you can still downgrade to 4.4.4 with the new update
This update should give me enough time to read the details of the update before it reboots my phone in the 25 seconds. At that point, we don't have the ability to "abort" or decline the agreement anyway.
Note 4 tmo, downloads the 60mb update, phone enters recovery mode then i get "update failed phone will recover the original configuration" .
I'm full stock, no root, no custom recovery no nothing. Anyone could help me?
I'd recommend you use the desktop version of ODIN with the latest FULL ROM to restore your device (without wiping) to the version before the OTA update. You can then try the update process again.

I encountered the same error last night. I held POWER + VOLUME DOWN to boot into Recovery mode, then I rebooted to System. My phone went through the app optimization process (you know, the screen that you'd see after wiping the Cache/Dalvik Cache).
I assumed that the update failed, but when I checked "About Device," I noticed that it now has the November 1, 2016 security patch (Baseband Version N910TUVS2EPK2).

Huawei Firmware Finder (Team MT) latest version now lets you update your firmware through proxy server
Important Notes (March 7, 2018)
*This application does not work as it used to. Now the firmware has to be approved for your phone's IMEI for you to be able to flash it. If you try to download and flash an "Unapproved" firmware you will get an "authentication failed" message. Use the application's "Check Firmware Access" and select the "With IMEI" validation option to make sure the firmware update has been approved for your phone.
*Also note that this application has been updated many times since this thread was first created. It now has a new interface and a DNS option to download/flash the firmware updates that was not available before. Just make sure to select the "Instructions" from the application's menu and watch the linked videos.
Changelog
Version 2.1.30.1
Added proxy server for install firmware with new method
Follow their progress at the original Thread: Huawei Firmware Finder (Team MT)
I just used their Android app to update my phone from stock MM to Nougat using the proxy server option. It's like using Charles method but a lot easier.
*Install the app from the Google Play Store.
*Open the app, click on settings, and enable "Installation via system update" and "Via OTA updates".
*Download the Huawei Firmware Finder Proxy app and install it.
*Open the main app window and click on "GET FIRMWARE LIST" and choose the appropriate update from the list.
*Click on "SEND FIRMWARE TO UPDATER".
*Follow the new instructions to get your update.
Note 2: You will better off by choosing the "Download latest full update package" once you get the upgrade notification.
*For those that are "visual learners" I've attached some screenshots.
Note 1: In my case I had to use the "Download latest full update package" from the phone's System update to make it work for me. But your experience could be different and just by clicking on "Check for Updates" might work for you just fine.
Some members have reported that they can't make it to work through their work networks but it works fine through Home networks. Mine didn't work through my VPN though. I used my other phone as a WiFi hotspot to connect my Honor through WiFi. A trick I had to use since i don't have home broadband internet service.
Some helpful quotes:
@i2000s notes on how to successfully force the updates.

For those having an issue, make sure you aren't trying to simply download the OTA from Firmware Finder. What you want to do is sideload the proxy software, set the proxy, send the OTA, and then run the regular update tool found in your phone's settings. It should pop up with a message about the update, then you can reverse the proxy settings and download the update.

If you flash the 1.38gb package, you'll find yourself without any apps. Not even a keyboard will be there, so the phone is unusable. Make sure you flash the full 2.38gb package
I just tried it using the ota one and the install failed anyway
Thanks for the guide! But how exactly did you get to the screen that shows "Send Firmware to Updater"? Mine doesn't show such a option. Do I have to configure the proxy first?
I can only find the ota update on 1.3GB
I'm under the impression that if you have a device like the L14, there are no FULL versions of B360, so this won't work. I have tried every OTA in Firmware Finder to no avail. Would love to be proved wrong.
Sweet!! it's downloading the 2.27 GB file right now, I'll update you guys.

You get that when you enable the "Installation via system update" option and then it asks you to download the proxy application that works together with the firmware finder. Then you go back into the Firmware Finder's main window and click on the "Get Firmware List" tab to choose your firmware to be downloaded. Once you do that it'll take to the "Send Firmware to updater" window. You press that option and don't press back just press the phone's home button and go to settings/system update. Instead of choosing the OTA choose to download the "Download latest full package" instead.

Wrong, I've managed to update my phone to EMUI 8 today with firmware finder using the proxy method. All you need to do is find a firmware which allows you to do a "Quick Update" (When you go into system update it should say "Quick Update" instead of "Download and install"). From there click quick update and then it should say "Waiting for internet" or something similar. Simply pause the update, go to your internet settings and remove all the proxy information. Then go back and resume your update, it should start downloading
