Freeze SEAndroid using an app like titanium backup and this message will go away.

If you have a custom kernel you freeze seandroid or delete /system/app/KNOXAgent.apk/.odex. If not, use CF Auto Root from original dev section and that should fix you.

Where do you find it in titanium? Thanks?

Love the 90s Good Times.
Another good alternate is Root App Delete.
the new SuperSU by Chainfire fixes this issue... just download it from the market and replace superuser app.... and no need to freeze or delete any file
You don't have to use TiBu. Any app that freezes apps can be used to fix this. I haven't heard of any other fixes for it yet though. Just freeze SEAndroid.apk.

I used market version of OCLF and then I undone everything by pressing unroot undo lag fix uninstall ext2 files... Then I I installed the OCLF app itself but I noticed I still have the update.zip file in my phone... Can I delete it or did the stock vibrant come with update zip?

It's part of Knox. Stands for Secure Android. KNOXAgent.apk is the file.

I deleted the knonx agent is that ok im having no issues or nag going on 5 hours now
Yeah it doesn't hurt anything if you aren't using Knox. Although with the new SuperSU 1.30 it isn't needed unless you have a custom kernel.

I have superuser 1.30 and just rooted MDL using the latest method through chainfire.(shabby recovery) I am getting the Detection Information. Is this why I should freeze seandroid? if so, where do I look for it. Thanks everyone!

If you don't have a custom kernel you shouldn't get the warning using the new SuperSU. If you do have a custom kernel you would freeze seandroid using titanium backup or something similar. Or you can just delete the file mentioned above from /system/app.

No custom kernel, I have 1.30 superuser and I did get the detection warning. I did freeze seAndroid and it went away. Not sure if I want to use a custom kernel yet. Afraid I will run into GPS problems like I did on the epic touch. Thanks for your reply. You do a lot for this community! :good:

Thanks. No problem freezing it so you are good. You might try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=41714439 though if you want to beat the warning.

Just downloaded a 23mb update which appears to be a patch for bug fixes on the official 4.3 update... It downloaded fine, but failed at instaling!!! I'm sure it's because I'm rooted with xposed installed as well. Anyway to correct this so I could proceed with the installation? Any positive feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would remove the framework, set survival mode in SuperSU, reboot and try again.
Oh wow. Thanks a bunch. So removing the framework will be as simple as installing it? Also, will the ota update still be available even after I had already downloaded it? Thanks again for your help

In the xposed installer app (the green droid with a red x and stitches) you can tell it to remove the framework with the cleanup option.
Yes. Ok, I'll give it a shot. Thanks again. Btw, New York Giants all the way! ? lol
