Verstuurd van mijn HTC One

I'm about to buy one and ask to be sent at my friend's house in Little Rock, AR. She coming to Brazil in the end of June, and would bring it to me. Since I'll go to NY in July, I thought it was good to have the phone for a time, and if needed try and get replaced (hopefully won't need it, *cross fingers*).
Of course, I'll ask her to see look out for the most obvious problemas, upped corners, gaps, cracked glasses.
Anyway, are those gift cards transferable? Or does any one have a code?

$10 paypal to anyone who PMs me their code.

Beats By Dre from Rezound 39.99

Big Deal on the Beats By Dre that come with the REzound. So they will work with Android phones.

Do you think they are knock offs?
No, my guess is that HTC stopped including them and unloaded a bunch.

I think they might be fake

It says they got them from a large company that bundled them with a cell phone (rezound) . They come with a one year manufacturer warranty. I don't see how they are fake.

I hope they are the real deal... I want to hear some reviews first. When you guys get them pump them up and let us know
My estimated time of delivery is 6/18 so I'm not sure the deal will still be going when that comes around for me to review. Also I'm not big on the Beats headphones as they are just overpriced and marketed headphones but for 40 and with controls that work on Android I'm all about it.
I bought them because, 1. I know HTC was going to stop including them with phones, 2. Beats by Dre were no longer going to be made by monster...both of those says to me there is going to be a lot left over and they will be dumped for wholesale.
also the seller is a reputable one on ebay and they come with a manufacturer warranty.
If you are interested buy them, I believe the seller has a good return policy. So if they are iffy you can return them but if they are legit you won't miss out on the deal.
I wonder if these comes with extra ear tips. Anyone?

My nephew got his and he said they sound great, and his had the manufacturer's warranty card. I haven't tried mine but I had to email the seller as mine didn't come with the warranty card.
Have you got a chance to check them Out yet?

Got mine in today, seam like the real deal. Made some calls with them and worked great. Very loud headsets, clean sound. I would feel confident in getting them if your still thinking about it.
Sorry for bumping an old thread but is this deal completely dead?

I have always heard some good experiences with ebay although I cannot speak on the amount of money you would get based on how you configure your sale. I personally always go for craig's list because it allows you to work out an arrangement that you both can agree on instead of settling. Works best if you use the built in auto forward email feature so that you do not have to disclose your email address to potential buyers and leave the possibility of being bothered later when the Nexus is long gone. Good luck!

Craigslist for me too, so I can deal locally and in cash. If you have a problem on eBay there's nothing eBay will do to help and you will be out either your money or the device...
I sold my HTC flyer within 2 days on craigslist. While there are still crooks on cl, by dealing locally and in cash, I've never had any problem. I also use the email forwarder and provide no personal details until I can smell that all is on the up and up...

I think eBay will get you more money as far as "hey, I sold it for $175" but then when you pay the fees and the shipping you end up with $125 in your pocket. Craigslist will give you cash instantly (no gaming playing with PayPal), and you will probably get more in the end if you sell it for less money.

Umm im not sure what u you mean by eBay won't do anything but I have had nothing but great experience selling on eBay. Ebay will totally stand behind you and make sure everything goes as planned. Of course u always run the risk of sum1 not paying but that's about it...

Yeah but its not like you'll be out of anything besides time. You don't send the product until they pay. Some jerks will bid on a item with no intentions to pay but its not like you take a loss financially. Ebay will refund all fees associated with listing the item if the buyer doesn't pay. But it does suck if you have to go thru the hassle of relisting it again lol.

I second this.
my vote goes towards Amazon. this is where i sold my Asus TF101.
and 2nd to Swappa.
I go craigslist. But if you use craigslist post a number if you actually want to sell. Myself and everybody I know skip over adds that don't post a number, when I actually want to buy something I want to talk to you now not wait for you to ignore my email because your to lazy to take 30 seconds and delete your add (which really is that easy from an android phone) after a sell like a previous reply implied.
Thanks for the suggestions.

I would try another tech forum like Hard OCP or Anandtech or similar. Both have established markets with few incidents. Make sure the user can verify themselves, uses Heatware, etc. If that failed, I'd try Craigslist, meet publicly, cash-only, etc. The hits from either Paypal or Ebay alone is OK but NOT both. I only sell things on ebay if I know I can't sell it elsewhere (needs bigger market, niche item).

HTC Trade-Up Program

I just got the email to register my information and to see if I'm qualified for the $100 gift card or if the phone is greater. As long as your phone is still usable with no damage you will something. I'm pretty happy because I'm going to get $100 gift card for this crappy Samsung Intercept that I have been patient with for so long lol.
Now all I need is the 'One' and life will be good
just sold my One X for $360 on eBay..
might give up my old blackberry if they willing to give $100 for just any phone long as it in good condition
I'm currently on a Motorola Photon, but I also still have my previous phone, an HTC Touch Pro2... I'm thinking about turning in the TP2 for the $100 gift card, and turning the MoPho over to Sprint for the $40 statement credit... Double dipping.
Only reason I've been keeping the TP2 around was for occasional international travel, as the MoPho is a little hit and miss when it comes to recognizing data capabilities on foreign SIM cards (has something to do with being unable to read the APN on the SIM). I've actually used the TP2 as a wireless hot spot for my MoPho when traveling internationally, which is goofy. Hopefully the One won't have this problem, never was able to figure out if the problem was caused by Motorola, Sprint, or some combination... Each kept pointing at the other.

My sister lives in Chicago. If I were to purchase a Canadian HTC One and got her to send in my phone would I qualify?
If so... might be a great offer And I would actually purchase the HTC One on release.

I wonder how this works? I'm on vzw with a thunderbolt, and will probably break my contract in march when the one comes out. When it says carrier, does it mean the one your trade in is on, or the one you'll get your One on?
Wonder if that means I can trade in my thunderbolt without the SD card it came with...

I believe it's the carrier the one is going to be registered on. I plugged in an old treo i had laying around and it accepted it on the site so it doesn't look like it's limited in any way other than the pre-registration and the purchase date on the one.
