(Q) Where did the AXI0M thread go? - Nexus 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I just woke up, and now I can't find the AXI0M ROM thread. What happened?
Edit: After having a nasty surprise, it turns out he posted pictures of his c**k on the forums.

Just had a look on Droid's twitter, (just search 'droidth3ory') and apparently a mod wanted it moved, renamed, whatever. Anyway, http://androidhosting.org/Devs/DroidTh3ory/ seems to still be getting updated, so that's good...

Disappointed. It's difficult to catch up with a diff place. I know it is on droid-hive but may be time to get back to carbon again.

It got deleted for funny pics? That's a little extreme don't you think?
Now if he posted pics of his manhood, that's a bit different.

where can we find changelogs of new builds?

The ROM has been removed from XDA, so no reason to continue to discuss it.

So it will be in dev forum in 2 days for sure....
Where are you getting this information or are you just making it up? The 7 will be first in line to get 4.2.

He's being facetious, since this is an asinine thread. Remember the adage- ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer? The OP is deserving of a facepalm, so it seems his naivety was played upon.

It has been proven, "facetious" and "satire" don't work on public forums.
Forums only activate the lowest 10 percent of available brain cells.
Only thing lower would be Yahoo news report reader comments.

The Question is Do you need Root Today.\?
You do not have to ask permission to root or not..With this being a nexus and knowing you made backups(well even if you did not) you can very easily go back to Stock or near stock.
I think google is going to skip the 42 update . They are may be afraid someone will have a heart attack caused by over excitment for the push of the file.. They will delay it to a less enthusiastic time...

[Q] Nexus 4 factory rom disappeared ?

Wishing to return my Nexus 4 in factory conditions, I visited the Google site that allows to download Nexus factory roms, and Nexus 4 one is no longer available...
I think the idea of "out of stock" feels less truth and that the problem must lie elsewhere ... no ?
Why would factory rom been removed from the site? (although many terminals have been sold ...)
My question is not to find the rom, I had downloaded as soon it becomes available on the site ... and have it on my PC.
Is the fact that it has been withdrawn bothers me ...
No one knows why.
Yes i think it's very strange........ and not portend good things for the future of the Nexus 4 ...
Could you please upload it and share it here? If not, PM me perhaps?

Laggg

Hey guys. I saw a video and an article that the Nexus 7 become very lag if the memory is below 3gb.... is that true???
Sent from my C6603 using xda app-developers app
Not all of them, but it is known that sometimes it isn't happy with the amount of space left and does go laggy.
Can't say I've personally experienced but yes I have seen it.

As I said in my last post.
I haven't personally experienced it, but I've seen it happen.
If your on custom rom/recovery you could wipe cache/dalvik.
Sometimes Android causes "Dead Space" which is where residual files that may even have been deleted, Android still reports that space in use.
Also try "Re-scan SD" an app from market.
That may help remove listed files that are no longer there.
Finally:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...GwsMSwxLDMsImNvbS5jbGVhbm1hc3Rlci5tZ3VhcmQiXQ..
That is a brilliant app for removing dead/unused and useless files on your device.
Good luck !!
Yes it's true. There's a thread about it somewhere on here. Check my post history. Close to 3gb and it lags to unbearable speeds. Mine already does that
Forever Gone helps, same thing as what the guy above me suggested, but once you start updating apps again and installing new ones, it gets Laggy again. Forever gone helps, but it's like a temporary fix. Still a great app though.

No offence, but you can't RMA a device because you've filled the space and still expect it to be as fast as when you unboxed it.
Things slow down, imagine walking with 1 brick in your hand, you could easily do it. Then put 40 bricks in your hand and try to run... you could hardly move..
Same with Nexus, silly analogy I know, but its a silly reason for an RMA also.

I guess neither of you read the part of the post explaining what it is you're installing on your tablet.
The app has no proper UI yet, only a skeleton "UI Skeleton" that does nothing aside from telling which Panel installed on your tablet is detected.

yes, xposed isn't compatible with ART yet, so it reverts back to dalvik to prevent crashing.
