Songza - Nexus 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Does anyone else have problems using Songza or just me? I can't open it. It says Unfortunately Songza has stopped working. Just want to know it's not only me before I email them. I'm on the latest PA.

No one uses Songza?

Did you modify it with the hybrid engine? If not you should just wipe app data then fc it. Should work right after that.

Every app is auto starting after it is installed

Kind of annoying... is there a setting to stop this? Or I may have got some malware?

Anyone knows? Thanks!

I've never heard of this. After installing an app in the Play Store, it just opens by itself?
I'm not exactly sure what you mean either, but I find it an enlightening process to use something like Autostarts every now and then to keep an eye on new apps and widgets to see when they're triggering themselves.

Well, basically it's every app, no matter l install from play store or I side load an apk. It wasn't like this initially, but I cannot figure out what triggered this.

YouTube won't stay signed in?

Every time I close the YouTube app and then go back into it it starts to sign me in again. It won't stay logged in. Anyone else having these issues. On stock 4.2.2 and Franco r90.

Same here. I have no idea how to fix it.

I did those steps and it worked until YouTube updated again. I think its just the latest update.

I'm having issues with not only the sign in issue, but also videos buffering only for a min or 2 then completlely stopping and freezing the app.
It's a youtube problem.
Happens on the gs3 too.

I just noticed it happening after the latest update.

Has anyone noticed a huge buffering issue with YouTube? Disabling HD doesn't help neither. Almost impossible to watch an entire video uninterrupted

Boot into recovery, and wipe cache and dalvik cache.
Didn't work

Does it still do it when you try to install something else?
You could be like me and not have Facebook anymore

It is your nexus saying screw Facebook...if I was a nexus 4 I wouldn't want Facebook on me either.

I am with djwyman. Don't install FB app on your phone please. It is a piece of ****e software. Instead use your browser, chrome or Firefox. Works rather well.

OP, I do not know the source of that error, but from the screenshot it looks like you are using a custom rom. Try deleting some cwm backups. If that fails, do a factory reset and start over.

Play store not working

Is anyone else having a problem with play store not working? All I get is a screen that says "no connection".

Might just want to go into the application manager, clear data, force stop, and try using it again. That usually fixes it for me

I've done that, uninstalled it, reinstalled, updated.... Nothing I can think of works.

Working fine here... You sure you're connected to 3/4g, Wifi? Maybe in a dead spot?
No, that's not it. All other data apps work. Good connection all around.

It is a common issue with native Twitter app.
Try Falcon Pro (Paid) or Carbon (free), they both are one of the best twitter apps for Nexus 4.
