Im facing this problem I dnt know how to fix it ....I got same problem with my galaxy jote 2 anyone chould help me guys ??????,,,
When I lock my phone ..after 15 seconds to unlock back nothng is working no call no voice no screen nothing ..... nothng works till I restart back .
Reset many times .I tried custom rom same position nothng is really working for me •••http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDRTXF1SX60

Do a full wipe from recovery ( clear cache and factory reset ) , flash new rom and do another full wipe from recovery. Maybe this will help you.
I tired eveeything .....nothing is really wo4ks for me ....and you know why it hapond becoz I flash 2 3 rom one after another then this problem happn now what to do I dnt know

Return it to full stock by flashing a stock ROM and resetting flash counter if you must and then return it under warranty. It must be a hardware defect if you've reset it multiple times.

If you long press power button, power menu appear or the phone turn off?

i asked you if power menu appears when you long press power button??
Try flashing a pre-rooted stock ROM or do what samersh72 said

Hello.
I got S4 I9505 and it's back, menu buttons are damaged. So I use Onscreen button in 4.2 by adding line in build.prop but today I updated my phone to official 4.3 and not able to work it because it need modded SystemUI. In 4.2 I got it but I cant find SystemUI for 4.3.
Does anyone got modded SystemUI or know alternative way to enable it?
