Hello, I have run into a very serious problem..
My Wi-Fi is stuck at "Turning Wi-Fi on..." and it refuses to turn on. I have tried flashing different kernels, factory reset, reflashing ROMs, rebooting, permission fix. I don't know what to do, can anyone help me?!
edit: fixed it by flashing stock image and then reflashing back to xylon. weirdest thing ever...

I've been having this issue for a week now. At first, it got disconnected from my wifi router. Then I tried to go to the wi-fi settings only to find that the turn off/on has been greyed out. Thinking it is a software bug and that the issue can be solved by a mere factory reset, I did a factory reset only to find that I would be stuck on this " Turning Wi-Fi on..". With that I cannot continue the setup. After which I downloaded the Nexus 7 2013 jellybean factory image (the original stock rom) then flashed it, but still the issue was not solved. By the way I purchased this tabled way back December of 2013 and I have not rooted this device. Hope someone can help me or can give me an advise on how to fix this tablet. Honestly, this is a very good tablet.
here's a screen shot ( i can do a screen shot)

So for a few weeks now, my phone has been having bootloop issues. I've been trying to fix it on my own, but no luck so far.
I can get it into download mode. Up until I tried to restore it to its stock version via the User Tool, I could get it to the factory reset options, which led to the options to wipe cache, reboot, etc. However, none of those options worked. When I attempted to reset to factory settings, I got the "dead" green android with the red triangle. Then the screen goes black and starts bootlooping again.
Once in awhile I can manage to turn it on after having it turned off for hours, or even days and it works like normal, except that if I lock it or turn it off it will end up restarting and starting to bootloop again. Which is bad seeing as it drains somewhat fast due to being overheated while having the screen constantly on.
As for my experience trying to use update recovery, it gets to the downloading part then stops and gives me this message "[011.700.147.062.092]??? ??? ? ? ????". I don't even know if I am using the correct stock rom for my phone, since I only know its MEID and model name.
do u resolved this, i have the same problem
Hi guys... Wifi wont turn on... It Just stays there and shows turning on message but nothing happens... I could fix this kind of trouble before by flashing a new kernel... Anyone knows about some kernel or another solution?
So umm! My phone has ran into this problem in which my phone gets the bluescreen and keeps restarting! I tried flashing the stock rom via stock recovery but that doesnt help me either! When i flash these roms in the middle of flash itself the bluescreen reappears and then reboots. Any solution? Because i find this as software conflict!
BOOTLOOP ON TURNING ON WIFI any solutions will be great
Already flashed many times but the issue stays the same
