sorry im exhausted. my notification goes off wether my screen is on or off. it might be yhe rom but dont know for sure

It could be your rom, if it is then just get the app light flow from the market.

You can set permament light up in the display settings

I'm getting red flashes around the edge of my screen and i don't know why. Can anybody tell me why and how to get rid please??? Running pac ROM stable...I'm a noob to XDA so don't shoot me if i'm on the wrong thread.
