Will the US cellular version of the Galaxy s 4 get its own forum section or no? I've been looking for an answer and I can't seem to fine one.

I think you asked in wrong forum. There is q/a forum. Also search return 37 pages on how to check android rom version .... So its easier way to get your answer.

Settings -> More (4th Tab) -> About device (Bottom) -> Baseband Version

This is absolutely the wrong forum to post this in. This is for ORIGINAL development work like ROMs and recoveries. Even if someone was able to provide you with what you are looking for, it would not be original, and it also would not belong in this forum.

i give 10 ways to get that.
1. Posted on the wrong section
2. post next time in the general section
3. Use Google.
4. use your brain.
5. Solve your own problems. specially the easy ones.
6. Search before asking
7. it's in the General Section
8. People wont help you
9. Android Development is something different
10. That's all

i used google and i only found it rom for kitkat and i already have lollipop i tried to downgrade but it fall
in general section there is btu only and this one is one file
there is germany one but its leaked one and it wont get any update
