Super Noob Compatibility Question

Hey all, sorry for the noob question but I figured that asking and risking being flamed is still better than bricking my device lol.
I was just wondering if with my SGH-i337M (from Bell in Canada) is still compatible for roms offered to the SGH-i337 (AT&T in USA).
I'm already rooted and just looking into some custom roms, but I notice that some don't specifically offer "jflte___" (whatever the Canadian name would be) and only offer "jflteatt" for example.
I just want to make sure that it'd be safe for me to flash to those rom packages.
Also, please correct me if I'm wrong with my research in finding that "jflte___" = Galaxy S4 LTE ... I still don't understand what the JF means, but I think I'm right???

I see here are lots of users using this version, so don't moderation add sub-forum for this version?
I'm tired of searching in another sub-forums to find little things like rooting and playing with customization.

Yeah there are 10 replies I found requesting to add i9515 sub forum.
maybe much more would help, so please request ppl there too plz

Samsung Galaxy J700T and J700T1 need a separate forum or thread

These devices are identical and most other Galaxy J7xxx roms, recoveries, etc do not jive with our development that is now starting to take off.
The J7 forum is getting crowded and I'm sure the other guys are tired of wading through our posts as well.
Can I get an amen?
Or a hell yeah?
I am asking the mods to please move all posts for j700t and j700t1 to better serve all members using the J7 forum.
And also remove this thread after said move or place in proper location.

I'd like to know how to root my Verizon S5 (SM-G900V) which has android Marshmallow 6.0.1. I have rooted android devices before, but I don't have a clue about rooting this one. Thanks !

Downgrade to Lollipop and then you'll be able to root.

Why did you link that? Is that relevant to the OP? He asked a question in the Q&A, Help, & Troubleshooting thread. Seems like the rules for posting in DEVELOPMENT apply to every thread with your logic.

No worries. We're all human!

Some people tried sm-g900v marshmallow root and succeed with one click rooting software, you may try if you are not very good at this rooting stuff.
