I tried using Titanium Backup but it will only restore App + Data
It will not restore Data only as the Apps versions are different
S3 S Memo is version 12.02.07.4816
S4 S Memo is version 2.17.422276
Any input is appreciated

You can generally backup and restore S-memo data through Kies. Import the notes to PC from the S3 and export notes backup to your S4 on kies.
Samsung's Smart Switch app will also transfer S Memo files between devices over NFC

Is there anyway to backup my bookmarks in the galaxy s2? I have tried Backup Bookmarks & MyBackup but they only restore the history and not the bookmarks.

If your rooted use titanium backup. Backup a file called (bookmarks) internet 2.3.3.

Anyone know of a way to backup and share Samsung Watchon remotes? I have 4 Galaxy S4's in my family and don't want to have to go through the setup on each phone.

get mybackup pro on google play its a lot better
I have both My Backup pro and helium, isn't my backup pro limited to backing up apk only without app data on non root systems?
Where as helium can backup app data after you enable it thru their desktop app?

not to sure i paid for it and it backs up every thing
According to the Playstore, the developers page confirms root is required for app data backup. So be mindful of this limitation, if you are relying on My Backup Pro for backups without root.
NOTE: Data/setting of applications can only be supported if you have a rooted phone, or if the application integrates with us.

It seems that I have the same problem with kies 3
It fails to back-up my application. Everything else works
Update:
I managed to make it work. Here's what I did:
- I've uninstalled the Samsung USB drivers
- I disconnected the phone from USB
- I installed the drivers from Program Files (x86)\Samsung\Kies3\USB Driver
- I reconnected the phone
It's probably getting hung up over the new bootloader...
Anything over JB MJ1 has a new bootloader Kies3 doesn't support. This is just Sh!tty service by Samsung as it was made specifically for the Note 3....
Heaven help you if you think the Emergency firmware recovery will fix your device if something goes wrong.....
I need a program like helium that i can make a COMPLETE FULL APP+DATA backup of mobiles like samsung galaxy s4 i9505 android 4.3 WITHOUT ROOT.
Is there any safe program that is can do backup/restore?
The helium i try it does the work but it can't some programs like google chrome.
Do you have any other app to suggest me?

Sorry my friend but this backup app is as all the backup app's except helium.
NEED ROOT TO BACKUP SETTINGS/DATA OF EACH APP so it's completely USELESS for me.
It is good to know what app you suggest to anyone based on what it asked.
I'm thinking about using keep, and start using samsung's native apps (s note, scrapbook..) because of the pen.
What are the best ways to backup those apps if I'm not interested in samsung account sync?
S note - I understood that the best way is to simply backup the snote data folder.
Scrapbook - it is actually very nice for saving various links...
How can I backup it??
I didn't find any folder, and I understood that backing up with TB also doesn't help (I don't have root yet but I will...).
Any ideas?

If you want to backup your files in scrapbook do this...
Upload it to the cloud(Dropbox, drive...)
If you ever gonna need those files again just download the file you exported and open it,it will immediately appear in your scrapbook again.
