Hi, I just received my octa black mist but I can see there's a gap between the screen and the bezel on the top. Do you guys have it or is it a defect? I don't see it on the white one though

Hello,
I'm currently waiting for my third galaxy S2.
The first one had a red stuck pixel in the upper center of the screen.
The second one had a black particle in the screen (maybe a line of dead sub pixels)
It looked like this (this is a htc sensation screen)

Is your screen totally flawless, without any black spot when looking very carefully on a white screen ?
I can't believe I received 2 faulty screen... am I very unlucky or what ? (my previous Samsung SGH G600 had a black particle too stuck in the screen... )
What about you ?
Anyone ?
Can't say my screen is flawless but don't have a black dot. Well I do but its dust under the screen protector. Haven't seen this before but read a post of dust getting under the screen.
I have a dead pixel on the bottom right side of the screen. It is only noticeable on a white background and it is super small and pretty much unnoticeable unless you look closely. It's red... It's been there for like a week now...kinda disappointed because I've only had the phone for a month and a half and I baby it lol.
I am lucky, my screen has no issues.
hi after a fall from my mother's hands my s4 has 2 scratches on the this silver where the colour of the phone ends can i fix without change the screen?
Hi! My white G2 has black borders like all the other white ones, but I realized that the left black border is bigger than the right black border, and its a noticeable difference. The screen doesn't look correctly centered. Can this be considered a manufacturing defect? Anyone has this "problem"?
Should I return my phone?
Maybe go to the store and compare it to the model on the display. If its different I would definitely get it replaced

Hi all,
My contracts just about to run up on my Note 3 so naturally will be looking to upgrade to the S6 Edge+, given that for some stupid reason Samsung decided not to bring the note 5 over to the UK
So my questions is, since they've only released it in Gold and Black and it's now an 'all glass' design, which colour shows fingerprints the least?
I've always had white phones (S3/S4/Note 3) thinking that black was the worst and white would hide finger prints better....Is this the case?
How bad is black for showing fingerprints?
Thanks for any help
Use a case all glass phone, finger prints are gonna be everywhere. From what i read the silver /mirror color gets the most finger prints but it's also the nicest color. I say black. Seriously that phone need a case. I'm getting the platinum sliver looking one or gold and keeps it in a slim case from spigen on it.

I've only had experience with 3 colours
The white shows least - but still very smudgy
The black sapphire - more noticeable than the white but ...
The gold (my current) version shows them very noticeably.
You can buy a matte or glossy rear glass protector with oleophobic coating which will hide a lot of them.
I got the white note 5 because it shows the smudges the least.

You can buy skins form slickwraps.com or dbrand.com which can avoid finger prints.I have ordered silver color phone which i will get in 2 days and same color skin from slickwraps under Metal series.
I read an article about fingerprint issues on these type of phones recently and it was recommending and demonstrating 'Rainex'. This if you didn't know is applied to car windscreens to repel rain, perfectly safe on any glass of course but probably best on the rear glass only as I am sure the screen has an oleophobic coating anyway. It's easy to apply and about £5 from somewhere like Halfords. I am going to try this out myself.

So I just got my 64gb aluminium, that I ordered since my graphite 32gb is in processing purgatory.
The build was looking awesome, I barely noticed any pink (slight up top but it wasn't enough to make me want to return. That is until.... I found this "issue" a dark blue/green/gray will show as you see towards the left of the screen what appears to be uneven glue or something... not sure? It leaves a weird texture pattern and I know gray points aren't always uniform as I own IPS monitors. Checked a note 4 and it does not exist as an issue there. Return, wait for my 32gb graphite or....?
