Hi Guys, I have had my Samsung galaxy S4 for 3 days now and i have noticed a line of pixels going from the top to the bottom on the right side of the screen. Its a perfectly straight line and about 1 pixel wide, It goes all the way down the screen and is always there. It sometimes flickers and if i take the battery out and turn the phone back on disappears but always comes back after a few minutes. I will try and provide a picture if anyone wants to see.
Thanks for any help guys!
I would see.. so can i control mine :\
Sorry what do you mean?

hi everyone,
My friend's phone start behaving oddly lately. It power up OK. A few minutes into running the right side of the screen will start being fuzzy. This gradualy makes it worse untill the shole screen goes white. Is the display broken on it or is it something even worse.
Thanks
its 100% the display screen, better get it replaced or checked soon
Thanks. Will try to open it for him first. May be just a connector fault on the screen itself.
As the title says, my G2 suddenly developed the white screen with black vertical line in the center issue. I've read the other threads with this issue- my question is will I have problems having it replaced by HTC because it is rooted? Should I just buy a new screen and replace it?
The phone is receiving notifications as normal, but nothing can be seen on the screen except white/grey background, vertical line in the middle and eventual (in about 2 mins or so) darkening around the corners. The phone was not dropped or anything, was just in pocket- took it out at some point, turned it on and this was what I saw.
hope this is in the right forum. any assistance/advice greatly appreciated.
so no advice from anyone who may have already sent a rooted phone to htc?
Hi all and thanks in advance for any solutions.
All of a sudden my week old note 3 is constantly repositioning my wallpaper everytime I go to the home screen
The picture moves left or right or both ways exposing a black bar until it comes to rest back in it proper position.
Kindly help as its really bugging me.
Hello, I am new to the galaxy world and have a question. I have an S4 that turns on and vibrates when powered on. The screen flashes a quick green and then goes black and stays black. It makes noise when the samsung logo comes up. The screen is responsive and all the buttons work. I am curious is to what needs to be replaced or what to try and fix the issue. Is the didgitizer bad or is the whole lcd display bad. I guess any help at this point would be great. Thanks in advance.
had same problem

I was recently flashing a recovery and at one point I had my battery out and still had my phone plugged in. I look at my phones screen and it is doing this weird flash white static every once in a while thing. Next time i try to start up my phone Boom Black. the only way i found to work around is that i recovered so that it would bring me to the original start up screen where this is an accessability options tab there i was able to turn on screen prompts so it tells me what my finger is on and lets me dbl tap to sect. then with headphones on i spent a day getting it to where i can do h/w testing. still cant figure it out tho
Hi guys i bought a s8 3 weeks ago and everything is perfect except theres a little problem with the screen. Its normal when i switch it to the lowest resolution but on 1080p or 1440 i get a pixelated line on the top left of the screen. It appears for a second then disappears. This happens on and off is this like a software problem or hardware? I have attached a picture if that helps. Thanks in adavance every one
