Trying to configure lightflow for my s4, but it keeps enabling the talkback functions?
Tried disabling some with no luck, I also want to use Svoice am I screwed?

I have Floating Notifications installed (if you don't have it already.... you should get it ASAP!) and it requires accessibility to be turned on. Talkback is DISABLED but yet whenever I go into the Gallery and select multiple pictures, it read aloud to me "Picture selected" it's VERY annoying. Any suggestions?!
Searched but only this came up..
Hello everybody
So i have some apps that require to display a notification so the process doesnt get killed.
All of them have the option to disable the notification but mention that the process may get killed when disabling the notification.
Since Android 4.1 you can disable notifications for an app through the settings in the app section.
If i activate the notifications in the apps settings but disable it in the system settings is it the same like disabling them in the apps settings?
Is there still the possibility that the process may get killed then?
Even thought I have “vibrate” unchecked in my gmail account settings, the phone still vibrates whenever I get a email when I have it on silent/vibrate mode at work. Its annoying and I understand it’s an android feature after 4.1.2 since my Note 2 didn’t have this issue.
Anybody know of any workarounds? I tried to use Lightflow to control the vibration but choosing “1 short vibrate” but it doesn’t make any difference…

Click to collapse
Settings -> Sound -> Uncheck "Vibrate on notification"
I rooted my Note 3 today and gave Lightflow root access (I marked the option to at least). For Gmail it's working just fine, no issues. But Google Voice, it isn't working. I set up notifications for both Google Voice and SMS Apps, but I'm still not getting the notifications.
For starters, I am not a Do Not Disturb fan. This is an extremely overbuilt solution for a problem that did not exist. Simply having a toggle for silent/vibrate/ring is all that is needed. But now that Google has forced this on us, I need to make it work for me as best possible.
I have already tried numerous apps that do the silent/vibrate/ring. They all work relatively well, but when each put it into 'silent' mode, it engages Do Not disturb. Which is fine, except that it stops me from receiving visual notifications. By this I mean, my notification drawer does not show me notifications. This is not universal, some do get by, but for the most part it stops me from getting my normal Gmail, hangouts etc messages unless I go manually checking for them.
Has anybody found a work around? I need silent mode for many scenarios, but I am still utilizing the phone. These notifications are important to me.
Thanks.
have you set each apps notification setting(s) to 'treat as priority' ?
Unfortunately if I do that, then the audible alarms will come through as well and I cannot have that. I wondering if it's not the do not disturb but in fact the doze feature? I'm seeing that Gmail is not syncing as often as normal. Perhaps the 2 combined?
I would flash a rom that restored silent mode and removed dnd
