Thats it, keeps loading like an hour... And it doesnt boot... It only stays there... Now I am doing a factory reset... Hope it fixes it...
Any ideas of what happened?

"Keeps loading" is the second-most useless error report I have ever seen, after only "it doesn't work". *WHAT* is loading? What step in the loading process does it get to? Has it ever successfully loaded before? If so, what changed? What does the screen look like when "it" is loading? Does any other functionality work (for example, can you log in as another user?)

I can even not use keyboard... Now I made a factory reset

Did the reset work? If not, you will need to provide a lot more info than being unable to use the keyboard. I'm trying to cut you some slack - your English is better than my Spanish - but if you want us to be able to help yo9u, we need to know what's wrong, and for that you have to explain the problem clearly (start by answering the questions I asked above).
Yes it works, now everything is okay... But why that thing happened?
Sent from my One V using xda app-developers app
You never told us what was going on so we have no idea why that happened.
Next time you need help post detailed information. If English isn't your strong point post it in Spanish and give us a google translate.
My car doesn't start. Can you tell me how to fix it?
That is pretty much the amount of information you gave us. FYI, the switch in the ignition barrel was broken so when I turned the key the starter motor wasn't being activated hence meaning the car won't start but you probably wouldn't have guessed that even if you were a mechanic.
Sorry for that man

I haven't seen it...but maybe try to sign out and back into your google account? Seems like it's some sort of verification step for your account? I'm just drawing at straws though...
Ive tried that. Even tried a doing a factory reset and it doesnt happen as much anymore, but still does once or twice a day
EDIT: DM servers were just acting up, no update available yet.
Run a logcat and get the url
how far through the process do i need to go to get the url?
PM the devs so they can help you run a logcat if you dont know how. Are you on Stock Vibrant or you running a custom rom? And did you already get the JI6 update?

I can run the logcat. I'm basically stock JI6, stock kernel, rooted, few misc mods. Do I need to go through with the update to get the info out of the logcat?
once the download starts run logcat and keep your eye open for the url address
Id suggest going with BigRick10's advice i really dont know nothing about logcatting.

Something is up with the DM server tonight. I am doing the trick with LauncherPro where you make the shortcut to the Device Management link to manually try to push OTAs, and the DM server tries to connect for about 5-10 minutes before it times out. Usually it just returns a result of no update for me immediately.
There might be something to this
Yeah I definitely went ahead and accepted the update, phone rebooted twice, and seems to be exactly the same as before. This may be nothing
Go into your settings into About Phone and tell us the firmware/baseband version

let's hope it is the froyo update..
hey i guessed it right!
i guessed december 20 on the other thread! LOL
crossing fingers
oh i guess not froyo..
Same as before, just JI6. Something must be up with the server
Maybe they were just testing their servers
What's this launcher pro trick you said
sent from my awesome phone that is the best that no one elses phone could ever live up to(vibrant) on ze app
I wish I could remember exactly what I did or where to find it. It's buried in one of the older JI6 OTA threads.
Basically you have LauncherPro selected, long tap on home screen, and select "Activities". It's one of the many things listed in there (can't remember which one), but it makes a link on your home screen that pulls you into the DM menu where you can manually try to connect to the server.
Ill look into it thanks

So has anyone used this app since the 3.2 update? From what I can see, it has more capabilities to available then I seem to remember from before(though I could be wrong) and the sim slot can read sim cards now(at least it read my T-Mobile sim card). I did change my network in the settings to GSM/UTMS/EvDO/CDMA and in the phone information test area it now says GSM/CDMA Auto PRL just like my Nexus S does on T-Mobile, even after rebooting. Sadly I don't know if this even matters, or if all the changeable settings would allow the use of GSM. Nor do I know enough to attempt to make this work. Just thought I'd share my "findings", and if they are in fact useless I'm sorry for wasting peoples time.

hmm where would i get that app? sounds interesting!

Hold the volume up and down buttons as you turn the xoom on. You will see cold booting linux in the top left of the screen, followed by,more text like LTE off. Once the xoom is finished booting, in the app drawer there will be a Field Utils app with the Motorola logo. The codes will be 000000
I guess I'm really wondering if we can unlocked this device like we can phones.

using a wifi only model. the unit has the field utils app however the six zeroes (000000) do not work for the spc password.
Yeah i saw this in the app list but never knew what it was. Cant do anything with it and dont see the apk in the usual directories. Dont think wifi only version would be able to get the cell network working as type hardware for it should be missing. Maybe there is hardware somewhere and maybe some day there may be guide how to install it and get it working.

Read post #3 in this thread......
yes when i get into the radio part it runs tests and says "CANT FIND NONE" LOL.. however there is a screen test and program (or some such) test that the wifi unit could still benefit from..
would like to know the correct SPC to at least try the other tests...

First I hope Im posting this in the right place, second Im not a regular in this forum as I have another device, however I need some assistance. My girlfirend has the Droid 2 and yesterday stated experiencing an issue with the default messaging app. It will only allow her to type in 1 word and then stops functioning. I thought maybe pull the battery and it goes away. But shes done that and the issue is still there, so then Im thinking that maybe she somehow got a virus? I ran a virus scan with Lookout (it was already installed) and it didnt come up with anything. I cant seem to convince her to use another SMS app just to try because she refuses to download anything else, she's stubborn and just wants the default app to work. Do any of you have any ideas? Shes talking about doing a factory reset which Im not sure it will help and she isnt rooted (Yet) and does not have Titanium Backup on the device. Im open to some ideas before she does that reset and loses her apps and what not...Thanks in advance!!

Thank you!!
Pressing both volume buttons on my N7 at the same time seems to peg the CPU causing really bad performance for about a minute. A little later on, a blank email pops up with a screenshot and system dump attached. The email has no to address.
I also get a bunch of notifications from superuser that Shell has been denied root.
Does anyone else see this? Trying to figure out if it's a CM issue or a JB issue or what. Any help appreciated.

Just tried this and it does the same for me.

Mine does nothing...
I'm stock
Seems like some debug feature built into the rom then.
Does the same on a stock (rooted) HTC Sensation running ICS. I get a vibration, then the CPU lags for around 2 minutes, then I get 2/3 short vibrations.
Some people think it's CM related, it isn't, I haven't had CM anywhere near this phone.
It is dev feature. It is creating a log which can be found in a folder on the sdcard
Can't remember exactly what It's called now but it's the same on the one x

Just had a look through the developer options, can't see anything for generating a log. Would be useful if you could find out what it was called.
I was otherwise unable to reproduce (no log on my SD card either, in-case it's an "always on feature), however I did just install the updated drivers.

It won't be in dev options, the Nexus S has something similar to this, that pressing a key while booting will activate this logging thing and can't be turned off, that's what this sounds like to me
