hey ive been trying to download aocp's rom but the download link it crashing or connection freeze. ive even tried it on my other computer still not working. btw i cant post this in the rom's thread so that's why im posting here, lol.
update: tried again and at 20mb getting a network error

Do you mean AOKP? It downloads fine for me. Could be a network error on your end?

lol so i thought i have just been doing something wrong this whole time.. because i could not figure out how to download roms through ROM manager.. but now i have discovered i have some rare bug. When i go to "Download ROM" the only thing on the list is "Extras"
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application many times, even restored to stock with odin and still nothing shows up on the list.
Does anyone know whats wrong?

no. at first i thought premium was required and thats why i couldnt see any roms but now ive been told that you dont need premium.

I was under the impression that you needed premium to be able to download ROMs. I could be wrong.
You can download some stuff with the non-premium version, but I don't think it will list everything. I don't have the premium version and I can see a bunch of stuff.

yea the rom i want is supposedly available without premium, but all i see on this list is "extras", no roms or anything.
hi guys today i flashed the NexusHD2-Gingerbread V2.7 nand rom and i tried several swype and mms apks but i can't find one that works!
please if you use or know a swype that works on this rom link it here
also since ive already made a thread might aswell ask for a Desire/ Desire HD MMS and keyboard

I think beta is still open for swype but not sure. go to beta.swype.com and check if you can still sign up. you'll get a swypeinstaller.apk and it'll download swype.apk on your phone.

Hi. Funnily enough I've just installed the nexus rom you mentioned. After reading your post I thought try and instal swype.
No problems here I'm using now.
Are registered for the beta? If your are then just login from your phone and download the installer.

Hi there, since I'm still a "newbie" I can't post at the actual thread of this rom, so here is my question:
I am having 2 issues with ICS Creamed Glacier rom:
1. I can't update google maps from 5.11.0 to 6.0.3 I get an error that says "Package file was not signed correctly. Unistall the previous copy of the app and try again" But I can't uninstall google maps.
2. on Netflix when I played a movie it plays the audio with a black screen and the player controls but no image whatsoever.
Does anyone has any idea how to get this working properly? Thanks in advance

Remove maps from /system/app to uninstall. Full hardware acceleration is needed by Netflix, it won't work without it.
the static wallpapers for creamed glacier 6.0 also isnt working
I uninstalled Google Maps and tried to install the newest one. It didn't work. So I'm just sticking with the one in the rom. It works fine for now
It is a beta of course there going to be things not working just wait tell its stable enough.

Oh my God...are you serious? Right now I'm working on a fix (although it will take awhile) but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read change log and known issues first.

Yes i tried this Rom is awesome!!!!
Just one problem on 7.7.0 version i can't add access points in my p 3100.when i click to create new it takes of to wifi menu.
Any fix???
And why developer was banned???
I didn't found any paid app it Rom!!!

I guess they didn't credit pac-rom's code, i see that they do now. Yeah, i had to use a backup of 7.6.2 cause 7.7.0 was too buggy, random reboots and if i kept my tab in Landscape position wile it was booting it would boot loop, until it was in portrait, weird stuff.

Love the rom however I am having a problem with my pc being able to read the phone. just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or of someone may know of a fix..

Check their thread I heard its something about the kernel, try switching kernels or have the phone connected to the computer while rebooting
