After seeing so many posts asking about what changed between firmware versions, and inspired by BogdanSNB's thread in which he generously provides download links for many stock firmwares, here's my list of file changes for some of them.

I've made the changelists with a small shell script which you can discuss and download in this thread in the Development section.
I will try to keep the changelist between the two most recent firmwares on top, followed by the list of changelists available.

Hi everyone!
I decided to create myself a CWM flashable Debloater for SGS3m.
It's based on bloatkill.zip by broadways, but with SGS3m applist and correct update-binary.
I suggest that you first install deodex'd rom before you flash this. Then there won't be useless .odex files laying around. Of course you can flash it to stock rooted rom too, it doesn't matter.
I personally used [ROM][CWM]i8190XXAMG4[STOCK] by tys0n
Step 1) Root, CWM/TWRP (ROM Manager)
Step 2) Download: http://kinky.fi/samsung/Debloat/Debloat-SGS3m.zip
Step 3) Copy Debloat-SGS3m.zip into your SDCard
Step 4) Reboot into Recovery
Step 5) Backup your phone (takes couple of minutes)
Step 6) Flash from SDCard
Step 7) Wipe dalvik cache
Step 8) Reboot and wait for the reboot to complete, Enjoy!
Step 9) OPTIONAL: Freeze other useless apps (ChatON, Samsung Apps Mobile, Google Play Music...) with ie. App Quarantine

If you brick your phone with it, then proceed by flashing the backup you created earlier back in the phone with recovery.

Some of you love the Samsung bloatware if so you can skip this thread but if you're not interested in having all that and truly having your own custom ROM experience with assembled apps from down to the top with some sweet hardware, here is the technique.
Here are a few techniques to remove bloatware from your phone, which is definitely increase the battery life and decrease ram usage.
1) ROOT your phone:
Root is the answer for all tweaking!
2)Once you have successfully gained root access install Root Explorer or preferably Root Unintaller.
3)Once done you can uninstall the following bloatware without affecting the main functionality of the phone using either Root Explorer with r/w ON or Root Uninstaller :
(Please do note that it's not a compulsion to uninstall all these apps, you may skip whatever you want to keep)

This framwork gives you alot of customizing capabilities to tweak your phone and provide most of the essential functionality provided by custom ROMs.
Voila! you have a stock but tweaked your phone.
Since there is no thread or guide for what to safley disable on S6 , i thought to start a new thread so we can start helping each other .
Threre is a Debloater app by gatesjunior that requires no root and can easily disable unwated app wihout removing them for non root phones , it works with S6 without any problems , it can even disable apps that you cant disable from app manger and can easily create your safe to disable app list with few clicks

I have found this to be stable so far. Battery in system disappears if you disable Smart Manager. If you want it, leave it enabled. If you don't care, install a 3rd party battery app. Haven't run into any app issues using this setup, but if I do I'll be sure to update this list.

That is correct , hence we are using PC based software and i was surprised that it actually works .

Less Junk = more free memory and longer stand by time , most of these apps are useless and some of them will always run on background even if you don't use them so it is easier to disable them , There is no such thing as double battery life.
I do realize that you were not going to double your battery life... I was simply suggesting if there was any real point or significant gain to it.

My phone sleeps like a baby with all the apps disabled on my list. I'm pretty conscious about what I install and let wake up my device as well. Every once in a while Google Play Services decides to do it's thing like it's prone to do....
Last night over a span of 8 hours of sleep my phone lost 4% The only culprit is a kernel wakelock (~10-15 minutes over 8 hours) I can't seem to pin down

I believe weather daemon is what gives you weather on the lockscreen and in the TW accuweather widget. I have that disabled because I don't use it and dont want it pinging my location
I don't know what flash bar service is, but I have disabled that one.
I believe bcservice is related to the radio somehow. Anyway, I wouldn't remove that one.

After further testing, multi window doesn't appear to be broken at all. I was worried maybe pop up receiver being disabled was also causing issues, but then I realized only certain apps support multi window. When I refroze flash bar service and pop up ui receiver, everything is still functioning normally after a reboot.
I think flashbar is safe to freeze in relation to multi window, at least on the w8

I blocked all the packages you mentioned, but i keep getting a TouchWiz has stopped working message and my home screen keep re rendering its contents every 4-5th time i goto the home screen back from an app.

I have frozen these apps and now TouchWiz keeps force closing about every 3 minutes, does anyone have any idea of why TouchWiz keeps crashing? Is there something I can unfreeze to stop this from happening? I don't know which app I froze is causing it to happen and I really don't want to go through them one by one

Try to wipe cache and dalvik if not it is most probably one of the Samsung apps
Advanced power-saving mode
I disabled all the processes listed but now does not step in the ultra power-saving mode ... How can I do to make it work again?
