I'm currently on V10K, CM10. But i used this app when i was on V10K: AppMgr III (App 2 SD) by Sam Lu. Maybe the app your trying to move is in use or protected (by some sort of protection). I never had this problem, i'm sorry I can't help you...
Yea, i use it too. Look:
http://s14.directupload.net/images/130416/6gsa4qli.jpg
But thank you
This damn device has emulated sd storage ,those 2.7GB and for example all sd files of games go there and that space just isnt enough , if you have rootated phone you can try directory bind if you need more space for games files. Just look up how to use it. I hope one day I will be able to use external sd as normal storage.
i have the same eerror . oh my. .hope someone help us fix this error,,
Link2SD and 2nd partition pn SD
You will look for link2sd. The phone has to be rooted.
You will make a second partition to the sd.
Then link2sd will do the rest as soon it is set to automatically send data to the sd.
You will notice that most part of the p that you install will go to the second partition of the sd.
Sorry i have no permission tp send the link
Email me at [email protected], i will send you the link
It succeded to me.
But then i get the Insufficient storage available Message.
Do you know how to overcome that....?

Better to use rom toolbox pro.. it can solve ur problem..in link2sd only support custom kernel..
.for partitioning also
I tryed to create a second partition with ROM Manager, but link2sd says that tere was no second partition found.
link2sd only support custom kernel w/ swap

I Never use amrullz script or partition, but can you give me that Undelete app Link?
If you have computer then use disk digger... It is powerful.... And undelete free version can only help recover photos. It's on play store
Disk digger is there for android too. But devs themselves suggest that comp version is powerful

Hidden File
There are some folders and files that are hidden inside the SD Card. The user cannot see it directly. If your files are hidden and you want to see them again, follow the following steps:
1. Goto My Files
2. Press Options and select more
3. Then press Settings
4. And enable Show Hidden Files
After that, go back to the SD Card and see if you get back the files that you found missing.
If you still can't get it, follow Undelete apps to get those files back.
P.S. I am a newbie.
hay there... anyone know how to increase galaxy y internal memory? i want to download many game... please
Sent from my Lenovo A390_ROW using xda app-developers app
its impossible to increase internal memory - its like a hard drive you cant make it bigger without putting a new one in
you can free up internal memory by linking apps to a 2nd ext sd partion
search how to use link2sd and create a 2nd ext partition on your sd card

It is impossible to increase internal memory from the phone. Instead you can borrow some from sd card.
Your phone must be rooted.
Make a second partition in your sd card and use private apps such as link2sd, app2sd, etc to move the apps to that second partition.
Also set the install location to sd card.
And then start installing the games you want.
Feel free to PM me. I will always be there to help.
Press thanks if I have helped you.

SD card damage, from 2gb --> 500mb.. does anyone know how to fix it? ive used AParted in partitioning.
download minitool partition wizard for windows
use it to delete any partitions on your sd card
create a new partition of fat32
then once it created and you want to use it in your phone just reformat it on your phone from your phone settings/storage (need to press unmount sd card first)
if your sd card is still in working order it will work
note doing this will delete any data you have on your sd card
If you have card reader more better

well you can look at the manifest - you will need to resign the app if you change it
also the game must be for armv6 and android 2.3.6 or below unless you are running cm9 then 4.04 or below (but cm9 currently has no audio and I dont know if games run on it) - it wont install at all if the game is for amv7 only
and a game of 100mb is probably hd or armv7 only so even if you do get it installed the chance of it running smoothly on a galxy y 5360 is slim

you mistake physical internel storage with virtual internal storage
just becase you have a 2nd sd card partition of xyz doesnt mean your internal storage increases - it doesnt - it stays exactly the same - this is physical storage - it never changes
what you are doing is creating virtual internal storage on your sd card - apps installed here act like they are on physical internal storage
you still need a large ammount of physical internel storage to install the app before it is moved/linked to virtual storage plus data is still stored on physical storage

thanks for that info, now i know that i cant install it.. sad..
but is it possible to increase internal memory? i checked my friends phone again and it really is 2.20GB internal memory

Like what marcussmith said, it is virtual storage. Once he removes the SD card, the internal storage will return to its actual value.
If you REALLY want to increase internal storage legitimately, you will need to break the phone apart and replace the storage devices within. It would be better to buy a new phone than go through all the fuss just to increase physical legit storage and also the cost of buying the new storage might be enough to buy another phone...
And also you must find a storage device that fits into the casing of the phone. Wouldn't it be awkward using a phone with the chipsets bulging out of the phone casing?

You want to have sdext be an auxiliary or primary place the /data/app partition? You can't on the M. At least I never found it.
Best thing to do, on JellyBean, is use my SD swap & then, at least, internal memory will just be used for that, /data.
See my button for a link.

My experience has been that it's mostly images and music that eats up the space on the phone. This data can be moved manually to the sdcard and most apps that use it will have an option to look there by default. My experience with so-called sd swap programs is that they tend to be clunky and unreliable, and I've lost data that way, so I don't do it any more.
I have a crap ton of apps installed on my M, and to date have never had a storage issue, but as everyone uses their phone differently, that may not be your experience. For whatever reason, Android stopped supporting the ability to move apps to sd, and apparently, unless an app is specifically designed to do so, data to sd went as well.
Hey so i bought a tab 4 about a month ago but when i check it was only 8gb so i went on ebay and bought a 32gb sd card. whenever i try to create a folder, move a file to or fro my sd card to my tablet it say fail. But when i try my other 2gb sd card i can create folders on it and copy files from it. So i spent hours googling a way to fix this and found something about rooting it and so i did and i tried evey sd card app but non work. Please help my tablet keeps running out of space..
Also i am able to move file to my sd card and create folders to my 32gb but not on my tablet
Kit kat doesnt want to write to sd. Its a thing google did to the os. If your rooted already go to play store and install sd card fix, it re-enables read write to sd card on 4.4.?. Hope it helps , as it worked on my tab 4 sm t230nu 7 inch rooted running stockrom 1.0!
