Seriously? Did you have to make a different topic for this? It would also be appropriate to just post in your original thread.
Anyways, now it all makes sense. Sony Ericsson did make a HUGE mistake.

Orelsi,
Why don't you shut the **** up and get the hell out of this thread?
If you don't like it, just don't post it in the thread. I personally find it refreshing to see someone doing a good deed once in a while and I wouldn't personally mind hearing about it. True, he could have placed it in the original thread, but the manner in which you told him brings nothing but disgust to the face-value of XDA as though it is filled with nothing but elitist pricks with their heads up their ass.
Good day.
Earlier you mentioned that you were getting an x1a from Sony...so is this black model an x1a? If so, SE has been holding out black models from the general public!!! How dare they!!!

Ok so I sent out my black x1i and I got back black x1a I hope that explains.
You could've also kept one as a back up when the used phone breaks appart
any way still a good decision
I think that if you kept the dude's Xperia, Sony Ericsson would have replaced it and his SIM Card. And you could mail the original SIM card with the PIM data to him LAWL.

if he would have kept it.. se would have just had to send the other guy a new one.
but sending it back/to him definitely makes it easier on SE/less hassle of them calling you begging for it back.
The guy who didnt get his x1 would ring SE and they would check the delivery and they'd say we sent it to "x" and he'd say "x" is not my house and then they would look up "x"'s history and seen they had sent 2 and contacted "x" to say we sent you two and want the other 1 back

Nope. It will blow up and explode your phone, until it becomes a smoking brick. It can also cause obnoxious diahriea and non stop crying due to bricked phone syndrome.
In all seriousness, it is possible, but there are no gingerbread roms out there yet for NAND boot.

ThaDeanesta is correct the diarrhea caused by a Ginger-Ram-Nand ROM is rather obnoxious and I have not stopped crying since I flashed it...

If you dont like silly answers, dont ask silly questions. Simple!
If it was possible (currently) to run Gingerbread from NAND there would be a Gingerbread NAND rom, there isnt, so ther answer is NO.
You could have answered your own question simply by looking in the dev forum ffs, why not just use the seach function and search topic titles for the word "NAND" ????
Again, simple!
Seriously man, if you thought that my question was silly, the way you answered just gave away that you have no other life outside this blog. Not everyone understands technical jargon as much a you have shown with your sarcastic responses. I wonder if I would've gotten the same if we were standing in front of each other? A simple yes or no would've been sufficient. Now go and flame some other new member...Flame¿QueeN?!

You called this a Blog...
It's a forum!.
There are many of us who come on here as a hobby---and almost all of us have a common goal- to make our phones better. If you think we have no other life, you're wrong!
Answer to bold number one: Yes, I'm sure you would have. I tend to be very sarcastic all the time!
Answer to bold number two: No, This is NOT considered flaming. Nobody here is calling anybody any names. Nobody is making fun of anybody! Just keep it chill.
Thanks!

The OP was asking if there was a NAND RAM Gingerbread rom out there.
cant it be loaded from nand to ram as it is from sd card?it would be faster i guess and also stabler..but thats upon the brain of the forum.basically nothing of all this can happen till they make it happen..
I don't think the OP is asking if there is a NAND RAM Gingerbread rom already, but if it is possible to make a rom like this.
And although there is no such rom yet, I'm also wondering if it is possible.
(I've never used a RAM rom though)

originally I thought a lot of the concept of the echo was cool, but unfortunately that was only in concept. The lack of wimax and most likely no dev support really turned me away from waiting. I ended up going with the evo even though it's been out since june of last year, don't regret it so far.

Welcome to the forum, need any help just ask, I know a lot minus dev information
Guys the Nexus S is great, but credit where credit is due, the HD2 is freaking amazing.
The beast will run ANY ROM, and will do it with few errors. One day you can have Sense, the next WM7, Then maybe Linux or Meego.
It even has a functional port of 3.0
Respect to the HD2, King chameleon of all phones

fortunately, your post is absolutely proper for the general section. and i even agree with you that the hd2 is able to be very diverse. but, as a phone, the nexus s blows the hd2 out of the water. coming from one troll to another, i think that you already know that. otherwise your posts would say "sent from my hd2 magic wand"

I own both phones. I think the hd2 is great for its versatility and for how much it has evolved. However, compared to the nexus s, performance of 2.3 on the hd2 is nowhere near the nexus s. Battery life is also horrible on the hd2.

You use quite a bit.
Anyway, I agree with Simms, I think replacing your Nexus S would be a downgrade. My friend has one and I can attest to its horrendous battery life. Although I do love the fact that it has so many software choices.

In the future, if you want opinions, ask them as a question instead device x is better than device y statements. If you reread your post, you'll see that it sounds like you are trying to instigate an argument.

I saw a different kind of Flex Cable design when I was looking for replacements the other day. It was a flew cable made out of a silicone like material. The actual Cable was inside the material. Even the Ribbon itself looked different. From the Pics it looked like a lot better design. I just wish that company made a replacement Flex Ribbon Cable for the Shift.
