I just got nexus 7, and I was wondering if there is any other keyboards I could get? Not a fan of the stock one.
Thanks!

Alright so to start off I am looking to buy a tablet for my dad for Christmas and have been to a couple stores looking at various tablets and must say I am not to impressed with screen responsiveness on TW. Pinch to show screen previews lags a good amount on tab 2 and note 2 from what I saw. The smoothness overall just left something to be desired. My question is would I be better off getting a nexus 7 and tossing on a custom ROM or getting the nexus 10 and keeping stock. I realize I could put a ROM on nexus 10 without problem, but I would rather not risk breaking a $400 gift. The nexus 7 at only $200 and being developed for a year means I will certainly mess with it. Sorry to ramble. So in your opinion would it be better to get a nexus 7 with a custom ROM or nexus 10 that will stay stock. Thanks for your time

well it depends the nexus 7 is more portable and cheaper then the nexus 10 but the nexus 10 does have better specs but the nexus 7 is more than enough for most people so i'd get the nexus 7 and flash a rom like paranoid android onto it and just give him that but its your choice
Do you notice any lag or poor response times with the custom ROMs? Tw is horrible imo, but throwing on a 3rd party launcher should cut down considerably on the lag

Holo Launcher HD comes highly recommend, free from Google Play the pro version doesn't cost much either
I ordered a Speedlink bluetooth mouse of ebay and it works perfectly with my Nexus 7 but nothing with my Nexus 4.
It connects and pairs but doesn't show a cursor or do anything with the phone.
Nexus 4 running stock and rooted 4.2.2
Nexus 7 running stock and rooted 4.2.1
Any advice?
Thanks.
Maybe downgrade your nexus 4 to 4.2.1?

Can anyone confirm that they have a mouse which works with the Nexus 4?
I wonder if the level of Android actually is the issue. l also have a speedlink mouse. On 4.2.1 it worked fine with my Nexus 7, as with yours. Now on 4.2.2 it won't connect, and your Nexus 4 is on 4.2.2. It might be that the Android level, rather than the device, may be the issue.

It does seem odd and an unlikely coincidence. I wonder why this functionality was stripped out.
Has anyone got any sort of bluetooth mouse to work with 4.2.2?
Did you find it cleared multi-touch issues or improved it at all? Some people say Cyanogenmod fixed things, but I'd just like more confirmation that it'd make a difference
I have the new nexus 7 and it has touchscreen issues . I was wondering if this nexus has the issue as well.
