Hey guys whats up!!! You guys at XDA have been so great to me and I think it is about time i paid you back! I have been developing a website for quite sometime now that will make it easier for users to get at some key applications and information. Basicly my website is distrubiting some popular applications and even some that are useful and arent that well known yet. I update the website frequently so be sure to check it out!!!! A mobile optimized version will be released within a week so you can have easy access from your phone... similiar to Apple's appstore. if you have any questions please post a comment and i will be more then happy to reply

Nothing against you personally. But I read through your other thread and the way you had written your posts - You were trying to make it seem that you had nothing to do with it and just stumbled on to it or something. I am sure it may be a very usefull site but I just don't like the way you presented it here (and why two different threads?)

I won't hold it against you forever. Maybe a day. I am glad to see that you are taking ownership. I will probably take a peek at your site. I have checked out your contributions to this site and you are right. You have contribued quite a bit. Your contributions are appreciated here and valued. Keep up the good work with your themes etc... Just remember not to take advantage of everyone here through trickery. If your site is that great, Take pride in it and take ownership. If there is trickery, thefts, Warez in your site than I would understand why you would not take ownership.
I have to admit - When I first saw this it was in your other thread on this. I didn't notice in your opening post *In this thread) that you actually say you worked on this site. I appologize; however, you did still appear very dishonest in the other thread and even in this one a little bit. You should go and edit your posts though so that things are clear with everyone. And don't clutter the forums with multiple threads.

I think its about time to start this topic. So who will be first???

Now that was week, mvp84. Now you own the first post ( THE INDEX ONE ) in a topic that you don't seem to handle by far. (you now have 11 posts in all of xda and counting) Are you going to index and tide up here? Are you going to handle the thousands visiting here? And .. why havent you done the first skin? Because you can't? How are you supposed to help the thousands of visitors then? Only fair questions here. Step up or step down....
Why did'nt you leave this up to the developers and skinners? For the firs post in a topic? God what a MESS this forum would have been if everybody did what you do.

That really isnt the type of contribution that we need here either. I made about 50+ posts before i ever made a real contribution, let alone went almost a year before ever making a first post. So do not judge someone by post count or what you feel is useful or not. Half of the good things that come from us here at XDA is just in ideas that lead to great things.
So i say bring on the shell 3 themes!

I also eagerly await Spb MS 3 skins!!!

It might not be right what he did, i'm not here to judge but it is really the time to talk about it. Since the default skin is not very impressive maybe some skiners are willing to start building some. I want to install the new version but thats not going to happen as long as the only skin out there is the default one. Besides the functionality i want my phone to look good as well.

here is my contribution stay on topic and perhaps folks can post a list of what they know to be files that are easily changed to mod some of the basic graphics in SPBMS3.

Sorry but I am very bad speak English and I can not explain.

Adding some walls I tried with the lifestyle layout. All of them where found lying around on the web.

I dont know about you guys but i think someone that ACTUALLY knows how to structure a thread for SKINS should create a thread for SPB 3.0 skins and maybe this thread belongs here.

mvp. there is no difference between a 30k post member and yourself. It is tho, suggested, that instead of opening this thread to just suggest the creation of SPBMS3 skins, you, or whoever else that designed one and would like to keep it neat, would open it.
No hard feelings. I will now close this thread. If you (or anyone else for that matter) is willing to open a new thread, with a new skin, and is willing to keep it tidy enough, I will sticky it since this is gonna be a huge one and it's preferable to start it without a bunch of argumentative posts.
I will also EDIT the thread created to contain the rules on posting the skins (just like in the M2D thread, which is tidy and doesn't contain lots of posts since I delete posts which aren't new skins).

It's under 3 weeks since the CM team got a hold of a S2, another week or so would be a conservative guess (At least for a alpha/beta build). I loved CM7 on my Nexus One but would really prefer if TW was an option somehow on the S2 version. I've got used to it and don't fancy using adw/lp. However from memory the CM team don't include proprietary code/apks.

If you want it so badly, make it yourself. Otherwise just be patient and respectful like the rest of us.
It will look just the same as it is on other devices. You can photoshop the image yourself if you really want to know how it looks like.

Leaving XDA (temporarily)

Hi all,
I've got the Summer Yearly Exams coming up soon and I spend too much time on XDA (lol). So I thought, I'm going to ask a mod to ban me for 15 or so days, until the exams finish. So could someone look after the threads I have made (e.g S-ON and S-OFF guides) by helping people if they ask a question? Normally I do it (except when Scratch or sly or nejc are faster than me) but since I'm leaving it would be good if a couple people could look after them. Anyway, so i'll say bye now until about 2 weeks

Hi everyone!
Yay! I've finished my exams, and can now get back on full speed xda posting!
Technically I should've been unbanned on the 30th, but since mods can't specify a specific time, (they can only set 5 days, 15 days, 30 days, infinite etc.) which meant I got banned until now. I tried contacting mods up until now on their Google+ , twitter profiles etc. and none responded so I had to endure the full extra 5 days Not to mention, the server's clock is slightly backward (it said I would get unbanned at 5:00pm but I got unbanned at around 5:20!)
So during those 5 days I decided to pay back the devs who created the ROMs that I spend the most time on! In the form of banners and screenshots and
images to make their thread (especially Erwin's, don't tell him I said that ) so much more awesome! (Admittedly I did "borrow some images from other banners, hoping I don't get sued for copyright infringment )

Welcome back! Nice thread images. I wouldn't get around to making some MIUI ICS images, until we have a definite thread and OP. As well as some new development. Its awesome to see that you'll be making a thread going through the process of making the banners.

Sure! I'll do a guide soon. I'll also give tips on what good design looks like, as well as some tips on contrast and minimalism etc.

I have taken a look into a ton of files and saw that you where Indeed using Apps that i made for the TW Res rom on ace-i .
alao from what i further looked into was that you used my old sgs2 rom as base

after futher looking into the rom files and apps
i can see that this rom is Definetly based upon "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1453165"
i can clearly see stuff that i have added in the rom
and also all the Const values that i fixed in hidden smali,s they are same....
while if this would be different base rom the combination of apps would kill it and give fcs and such.
also i saw some stuff that where taken from this rom "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358404"
sad that it needs to go this way.
i dont want to be hated or such but according to xda rules you need to add proper credits and such

Ok, you are a kanger. I have much evidence that prove that you have kanged my ROM's apps and based the ROM in SpaceCaker's Tw ROM.
Ok, be careful, i am gonna bombard you in the most painful way!
Let's start :
1) Build.prop - You were such a fool you didn't even delete the most important lines which prove that the ROM is SpaceCaker's old ROM, or in that time CCGH2's ROM. His name was CoolCatGetHome2 and he put some lines to build,prop to show that his ROM was his ROM, not yours.
You can easily see the
ro.build.id=CCGH2

3) Here we go again. Another pngs which prove that you have totally kanged it. Robin is a really funny guy who uses his humor all over. And, this time his humor saved its ROM from being kanged. Seems like you didn't carefully check the pngs...

4) Weather on lockscreen consts and drawables. Weather on lockscreen is one secret mod of spacecaker which has been shared by him at his gitHub long time ago and with the help of him I and someone else implemented it to our ROM, but it was not working. Although, it needed drawables to be fixed. You can see below how they are fixed.
And if you want more about this fact, you can see there are weather pngs also in framework-res/res/draweable-mdpi
You can find these kind of evidence all over the ROM's apps which prove that you have done nothing more than kanged them.
And as for the apps. We, are not blind. I am not blind. Its so clearly that you have copied Video.apk and DeskClock.apk of TwResurrection ROM to your ROM. Well, here is the ss on my ROM's thread, and on your thread. If something is different in the apps, please tell me :

Those screenshots prove that you have totally copied my ROM's apps. And i don't know, you could ask for permission instead or at least put credits? Why didn't you? Oh i forgot, even if you would ask for permission i wouldn't give you one.. why? because 1 month is spent to make those apps perfectly designed. I won't let you use my, SpaceCaker's, Vishnu pv's or radichification's 2 month time period work instantly without even giving proper credits. So its like, we hardly built them for you.. you just copy them, done. I am feeling so much disguised from this situation. i think you should feel shamed.
Also a lot of the others apps such as the settings too are kanged from SpaceCaker's ROM.
If you still want proof that they are kanged. I am gonna be kind with you, i will show them one by one.

I have so much other proofs, which can be found on every app, every png every xml. But, i think this is enough to prove that you have kanged the ROM, its apps, and also Tw-Resurrection ROM's apps.
Its clear, so clear that you have fully kanged it. You cannot justify yourself now. You can just ask for apologizes. They won't work anyway, we are not going to be tolerant with you and with all this shame you put on our work. Yes its shame! But firstly, you shamed yourself.
If you want more proof, i can provide them, anytime, anyplace. SpaceCaker is gonna provide diffs soon. (If you ask for more evidence of course)

I've spend a week to make this rom and build it perfect... In my other works I've given users to use my mods without my permission. I'm happy to know that more users will get the best results.... Because I believe, Knowledge is to share...

this is called Kanging
and even without crediting
its said in xda rules that if you use work from someone else proper credits is required.
but all i said was that he used my old rom as base..
i didn said that he needed to stop or quit.
he made this action himself
and indeed android is open source
but when i / we work on something for 1/2 years and then later somone " steals" the work and posts as " I made this fully myself " rom
then thats not nice!
and thus i only gave that message
his action towards it was too Fully kill his thread and such
he could also add
