Hello guys!
I just wonder if anyone know if there are any work being done on getting USB Audio working on Nexus 4 at the moment?
I would really love to be able to connect an USB DAC like Fiio E7/E17 or Ibasso D10 to my Nexus and get some sweet tunes out.

Whats the best ROM for USB audio to work flawlessly. My nexus 7 needs to be nothing but the head unit of my car hooked up to my fiio e10 USB DAC which will go to the amps of my car. Usb audio isn't working yet. Link me to the best ROM and kernel to do this please?
outputs
Is there such a thing? I thought that the nexus 7 had no outputs of any kind..

You need an otg cable. The only way it works is if I reboot the tablet with the otg hooked up to my Fiio E10 USB DAC. Ifni unplug the otg then my tablet freezes every time. It does that with my USB flash drive as well. I can't even access files on my flash drive. It sees the drive but it shows no files at all.
Bump. I need usb hot plug.
Hi everyone,
I've done extensive searching on the interwebs and found a similar topic here on XDA with no answers.
Here's my problem: I have a Nexus 7 3G running Paranoid Android with Timurs Fixed Installation USB Audio kernel. I'm using this setup for a car install. I just received the Turtle Beach Micro II USB DAC yesterday. This DAC is a confirmed working DAC with the Nexus 7 and kernel. The sounde comes through, but only from the right channel. You can hear maybe 2% from the left. The DAC works fine with my computer and the Nexus 7 audio port outputs audio normally. This is making me crazy.
Someone heeeeelp, thanks
Does anyone know if the Nexus supports USB audio? I'm trying to find a solution to get surround.
Hi guys,
i've got the 32gb version and a lot of flac files
plus i'd want to connect a dac to play my flacs
now i'd like to know if this is possible :
usb split or usb hub
on one side have a usb thumb drive with my music and on other side my dac bypassing internal dac
would this work ? is the nexus 6p capable of "juicing" two devices without the hub needing to be powered ? don't want powered solution for portability
thanks
anyone?
I'd think that if it has the juice to power two devices a simple y splutter should do the job, isn't it?
Does anybody know how to Enable the use of USB-C Headphones instead of the standard AUX output (If it is even possible)?
I have been gifted some really nice USB-C type headphones and I'm still rocking a Nexus 6P, I was thinking maybe a magisk plugin or something similar would be out in the wild but so far i cant seam to find anything other then suggestions for using an External DAC?
If anybody has any information that would be awesome. Thanks in advance
Any Help?
