Just a load of hype if you ask me... If that was a Samsung page it might be interesting, but its just sammobile with a page stating the status of released. I'm sure by the time that page has been updated, this forum will already be lit up with posts about it being released.

Nah, respect only the respectable.

"Fed up" implies you're having some sort of issue(s) or the N2 isn't living up to your expectations. If that's what you're implying, care to elaborate? If you're "bored" and want something new that's a different story and you'll soon have tons of choices (SGS4, One, OG Pro) that'll provide you with a new toy to play with. Although starting a thread just to inform the world that you're bored is sort of self-centered. There's nothing announced or leaked that provides the same features as the N2 (S Pen, S Note, airview, multiview) so for those of that think those features are important the N2 is still the only game in town. If those features don't mean anything to you the N2 was probably a poor choice to begin with.

Somebody will get it for sure by midnight at least! It states 02/07, so it will be rolled out by the end of today.

It will be relased no later than three/four days, I think

this is important as it fixes hopefuly all bugs and makes 4.3 perfect.

It seems the Singapore ZL is going first this time, i am sure the next week we will see this new firmware in a lot more countries.
They also stated there are improvements in bluetooth connectivity and youtube improvements.

cm13 note 5

I was following a thread where they had cm13 working as a daily on the note 5. I have sprint and everything worked but it did mot see my sim. They have since took it off the xda do to some drama between dev's. Was curious if anyone else is making progress on cm13?

Haha i had the rom just data isnt working on sprint was hoping someone else would be working on it and get it fully working on sprint

They're still working on it. You can join the group and watch their progress. I'd give you the link but I don't think I have it (telegram).
