I dont know how to sideload using cwm but why not flash stock rom again?

OP wiped everything in prep for flashing a new rom, but wiped internal storage accidentally as well, so no nands, no rom files, nada.
OP do you adb set up on your PC? I have never used this feature, but I should be able to figure it our and help you.

[Q] Nexus 4 No OS. Only fastboot [SOLVED]

I recently tried to flash PA on my nexus.
Installed cwm on my phone. Then downloaded the PA ROM and moved to the device storage.
Rebooted into CWM and performed all the wipes.
I accidentally wiped the system and the internel partitions too.
when i tried to install ROM from sdcard. it says "NO FILES FOUND"
Iam stuck here. Phone wont boot into Android... any suggestions? please help!
How did you wipe system within CWM?
But since you say you wiped internal partitions too, it seems to me that you wiped your internal emulated sdcard... so I think your only option now is to flash stock images again... Read this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2010312
If you don't want to flash the stock images you can also push a rom to your phone with adb while booted in a custom recovery
adb push nameofrom.zip /sdcard/
Thanks guys. Found a solution.
Flashed TWRP and sideloaded the ROM file. And flashed it.
Earlier the same process with CWM was not successful. Now the phone is loaded with PA ROM!
Thanks guys! and can u point me to the google stock images??

wiped /system? have you tried simple re-flashing your ROM from the .zip ?
no worry... download the nexus 4 twrp latest img from their site, and flash it to your N4
what you needed:
twrp img file
some n4 rom
adb and fastboot
instructions:
boot to fastboot, vol key down + powerbutton when n4 is off.
on your comp, , dos/terminal - fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
reboot in recovery
select the adb side load from advanced tab in the twrp.
on your comp - adb sideload rom.zip
everything done....reboot phone.

did you wipe using fastboot erase command? if so, you need to re-format to the android supported file system to access the partitions!
try installing the twrp recovery and perform 'FORMAT DATA' from wipe. then install ROM.
N4 no OS.

Same problem but...
Hi, I'm having the same problem with my Nexus 4 and I have TWRP V 2.6.3.0 but I'm not sure how to push any rom to my phone because it's not showing up under my computer in Windows. How do I push roms to my Nexus 4? I'm stuck at the Google boot screen when I try to boot (Flashed Dalvik Cache, System, Data, Internal Storage, and normal cache) and I of course don't have any roms on my phone after I wiped all of the partitons. Help me plz

Please help me ='( so I went to recovery mode and did format/system format/data format/cache format/sdcard and when I try to reboot it is just stuck there on the google logo ='( please help me I know I messed very very bad I need help ASAP please.. How do I fix this?

That will get you back to stock. You also might learn something.
If someone comes in here and tells you to use a toolkit, don't listen to them.
Alternatively, you can use use adb to push a ROM to your SD and then boot into recovery and flash it.
adb push romname.zip /sdcard/
Can you just tell me where are all these people seeing posts that are telling them to format their whole system and sd card?
Format system wipes your Rom so you have nothing to boot into to.

If they're having issues and trying to return to stock then that is an option.
I format system when upgrading a Rom, that is flashing a new version of the same Rom.

You only can do that prior to flashing a factory image in fastboot, allthough flashing a factory image allready wipes the sdcard.
I formatted everything because I am a noob and I wanted to wipe everything off my phone, and the factory reset option just wiped some off not everything, so not knowing what I was getting myself into I just went to recovery mode and formatted everything then BOOM!! stuck on google logo, good thing is everything is fixed I just restored my stock image thing. This thread can be closed thanks guys

Yes, install adb platform-tools and push a rom to the sdcard: adb push namerom.zip /sdcard/. Or try TWRP sideload http://teamw.in/ADBSideload.

Just posted a good reply from someone on the Nexus 10 forums who did the same thing:

I tend to take a FAT32-formatted flash drive, USB OTG cable, throw a custom ROM, Kernel, and Gapps onto the flash drive's root, reboot the tablet to TWRP, wipe everything (except USB OTG) and format data, reboot back to recovery, and then install ROM, Gapps, and Kernel (in that order).
In other words, if you have a flash drive and OTG cable, you can recover your device pretty easily If you don't have these though, you can adb push the zip's over to /sdcard I believe; it's been awhile since I've done this.
If you want to go back to factory stock, you can grab the latest factory image from the link shimp208 provided, and should be able to run the flash-all.bat included (may have to have platform-tools in PATH if running Windows, or cd into the folder).

Edit: I'm not entirely sure how USB OTG is on the N4 though. If it doesn't work, then adb push should be fine.

Interesting, This is indeed a truly "clean install". Any idea if this method would this work in CWM. Sorry to OP for jacking your thread.
I myself have done this before, I hope you get through it. Goodluck

Use mtk droid tools to backup her rom to flash via sp flash tool. After that connect your phone and restore rom via sp flash tool. If u want to flash any update zips make sure u that you unroot rom (if it is rooted).

Can you still boot in to TWRP or do you get stock recovery? I'm not sure why you can't copy Chroma over but if you can still boot in to TWRP it allows you to mount USB storage. I haven't tried this option myself but you may be able to flash Chroma from an external storage device. You can also boot in to bootloader and follow Heisenberg's guide listed in the index and fastboot the stock images which is probably your best bet.
What happens when you try to move the file over? Have you tried to adb push the file over like so:
Code:
adb push [I]file_location_on_computer[/I] /sdcard

I do not and I prefer to keep stuff in the forum so that everyone can benefit from this
Additionally, if you can't push the Chroma file to your phone, you can flash back to stock using Heisenberg's guide here (step 11) then do step 7 to install Chroma.

So what exactly happens when you try to either copy or push the file over to the phone? Does it error out? Gonna need some more information. And I edited my previous post to include some instructions to get back to stock with fastboot if that is easier for you.

If you flash the stock recovery image, you will need to reflash TWRP. I usually just omit that command when flashing back to stock so I don't have to reflash TWRP.
