Bad music output on my Beats by Dre Solo HD.

Hey guys,
I got the beats by dre solo hd red. Everything works except volume control.
But there is one thing,
I don't like the sound coming out of my beats when I use them on my SGSII, when I'm using them on my pc they go very loud and the sound and bass is good.
Could you advise me how I can improve the sound quality and loudness on my SGSII?
Thanks!
Try reading/searching the multiple sound posts .
Some of them have improvements DSPA etc .

i didn't even had to use the "Search" function to find it lol
btw: already tried using another music player app?
What music player are you using? I use Poweramp with my Futuresonic Atrio M5's and the sound is brilliant 'cos I can set the EQ to how I like! Best music player by far for Android

Froyo with beats audio

Is it possible to include beats audio system in Froyo with HTC sense ?
just asking....
no is the quick answer
Beats Audio is not just an app to install or something.
You have to find a rom with Beats Audio in it, otherwise it won't work.
And even if you have a rom with Beats Audio, I don't think you will notice any difference.
For example, I have a HTC HD2 and I used serval Rom's with Beats Audio, but when I switched between Beats, and "normal" mode I didn't notice any difference as my phone does not have the hardware for Beats Audio.
If you ask me, Beats Audio (on any other device than the HTC Sensation), is useless.
Edit:
You can try the app called DSP Manager to make your music sound better.
Or a (in my opinoin) better app called Volume+ (Sound Boost).
This is a paid app but you can always find a way to download it for free.
I use Volume+ (Sound Boost) and I can really recommend it to you.
It makes music sound so much better, even with my Sennheiser MX371!!

[Q] How to boost Headset sound volume ????

Hello all,
Before my Nexus 4 I have a Galaxy Nexus, and I love to listen music in maXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX volume,
On the GN, I can find easily kernels with easy and good sound boost, in trickster mod,, just have to chose between 0 1 2 3 sound boost, and enable or disable HQ sound
And it really works well with a Goood sound
On my Nexus 4 I tryed to play with my preferd player : PowerAMP, I tryed to boost replay gain, enable/disable direct sound control, tryed to boost volume in DSP manager, boost volume wiith franco kernel headset and volume boost options...... but when I try any sound boost, rapidly the sound become stronger but with a very poor quality, and horrible crackling.....
I tryed XLOUDER on my GN and N4 but for me i'ts just a renamed DSP manager.
Somebody have a GOOD way to boost the sound with good quality please ? any app/kernel/hack ?
Because I LOVE listen music with the volume to maximum, but not with this horrible crackling ....
Thanks a lot for replies
I use the xlouder mod posted on the themes and apps section with the franco kernel app with the volume boost set to 6 and gain set somewhere to 4 to 6. It realllllllllllllllllllly helps out alot. If you want some good dsp manager settings set the compresion to minimal and bass boost to moderate and set the equalizer to be in the shape of a u with the two end values set to be the biggest but not all the way. Set it to either strong or strongest.
Also you need to have good headset because if you have a cheap one then it will crackle and sound really bad im using monster turbines and they work great without any crackling. There is a bit of hiss due to the volume gain set to be higher then normal but it really doesnt bother me.
thanks,
but if I try to change everithing in DSP manager, or with xlouder, the sound becomes crappy directly
in franco, if I push the headset gain or boost after +3 the sound become crappy....
And if I try XLOUDER, if I just set bass boost in Small (the first) all my earphones gone to explode with bass saturation... even if i try to plug my home Sony amplifier, the sound is completly saturated with bass.....
for earphones, don't worry I have Sennheiser CX 890i , never have any problem with my GN

Dirac Audio on Custom ROMs

Isn't there any way to get sound as we use to get on stock miui ROM? I mean that cant anyone port Dirac audio from MIUI to AOSP based ROMs. I tried every sound enhancing mod but none worked and the sound that i got from speakers is just unpleasant to hear to although viper 4 android does provide balanced sound from speaker but it's distorted and on high vocal music the speaker starts to distort very badly. Can anyone port Dirac Audio from miui, it will be a revolutionary mod for our beloved Redmi 2/prime.

Sound volume on headphones too low? Android 11 / Jabra Elite 7 pro

Hey guys.
Anybody else struggling with their headphones volume not being loud enough? I have a pair of jabra headphones (elite 7) that worked great until i had to start cranking the volume to the MAX on android and the sound doesn't feel loud enough. They work as intended on the computer.
How could i diagnose the issue? Haven't installed anything that might be conflicting, i think. I tried volume boosters but none worked. I tried using VLC and testing the preamp to the max, but it just distorts the sound and there's no boost. Using the internal Dolby atmos sound EQ and boosting everything to the max, does make it better but does not fix the problem.
I am on Android 11, phone is not rooted, nor it has magisk. I ran a few searches but can't seem to find anything of help. Any tips would be appreciated.
