Any tips for hyperion

Like the title says is ther any tips on how to get the ultimate peformance on hyperion rom

There is no secret tips or tweak only for hyperion.
There is many tweaks out there like v6 supercharger,adrenaline engine,kuro 1pack tweak,bravia engine and many,try them.

experiment and try,
you'll learn what is the best for your needs

To fix it, you will have to de-compile your framework-res.apk and change some lines in the styles.xml and color/s.xml

Such problems can only be solve by above method^^ [if you are advanced, and you know what you are doing!]
Or by flashing stock via odin
Or by restoring ROM via CWM

Decompile the apk by apktool
No need to to flash new rom
ROM EVOLUTION X3
KERNEL HELL FUSION
ALINS JB THEME + EVOLUTION S3 STATUS BAR.

I edit the framework-res and edit all color now everything is correct but contact portion is still white on white...
Now what to do??

So the conclusion is the that is problem in xmls
ROM EVOLUTION X3
KERNEL HELL FUSION

old contacts +framework = problem
New contacts + framework =no problem
All apps have parent themes in framework..-alinmarin
So sum times editing gives problems...

[HELP] Official ICS or JB for Galaxy Y

Hi,
I wanna ask that can our phone (Samsung Galaxy Y) support ICS or JB. If yes, then i'll make a petition for an official OS upgrade to Samsung.
(Please be kind.....i am new here)

I want it too, but Samsung won't do that because the update will be too large for SGY (the /system partition is only around 300mb).
However @percy_g2 is working on CM10 (JB 4.1.2) for SGY.

there's no official jellybean for galaxy y. as luqman said, the /system partition is too less to install. however you can try another jellybean ROMs such as evo-x4 or creed's rom

JB is not supported on our galaxy y but you can use different kinds of roms if you're rooted i am using Nemesis 2.7 hybris it is a update from jellyblast rom.... it gives me the whole android 4.2.2 feature..... if you are getting low internal storage space because of new system apps partition your sd card...

the android version can be changed to anything. see this thread
also not only jellyblast but you can have jb like look and features in other roms as well, such as evo-x3/x4 and creeds v4 etc.

I just find this rom great for my sgy...

Thank you all.........i've tried custom ROMS.....Nemesis Phoenix and Nemesis Titanium........but my phone became slow and laggy......it even rebooted unnecassarily......(please ignore my spelling and english )

well that's not possible since there's no official ics/jb for sgy.
you may wait until the developers develop cm9, which looks unpractical though

Since your rooted you can set min clock frequency 832mhz to speed up your phone use no frills cpu control app also use cfq as i/o scheduler ...

Help cant update rom

Please help me i cant update my rom OTA updater keeps on saying that there is no peer certificate i dont get it... my first time to encounter this problem.... i am using Nemesis 2.7 hybrid rom on my galaxy y.... hope some can help me....

Nemesis is buggy, and its a banned rom... so no support here... you can try posting however on nemesis forums or try contacting avijit

im sure it does - I would check again
iv used most the mods on that thread in cm7 and they all work so I would expect that one will do if done right
dont forget to sign your apk with a platform key after else your status bar might vanish
since Its not my thread I cant offer you any support here as iv not tested it

I follow the instruction very clearly......recompile my systemui.apk and install it but statusbar can't appear.........

read my previous post - if status bar vanishes (not force closes but just doesnt appear) you didnt sign your apk with a platform key

No sign the apk...
