To "uninstall it", download a stock firmware package depending on your region from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1465800
And flash it using the instructions, they should be in the second post.

Why always reporting ... instead of helping him!!

It was reported because it was posted in HTC thread not Samsung galaxy y
People on the HTC thread won't easily be able to provide links to for example dokys thread for flashing stock rom as they don't use our device
It was reported so it can be placed in the right section so the right people can see it to offer advice like in the post above

Ok got it !!

Flash stock rom with Odin from doky sirs thread. If u want to switch to another ROM without flashing stock with Odin try sanny5 sirs steps.
1. Download the ROM.
2. Paste in your SD card. NOT in any folder.
3. Download cmw and flash it through stock recovery install update from sd. ( home button + volume up button + power button simultaneously to enter stock recovery. )
4. Wide data and cache in cmw.
5. Go to format system and cache and data.
6. Mount all things ( all become unmount )
7. Go back wipe data and cache. ( just in case )
8. Choose install zip from SD card and choose your ROM zip folder and flash it.
And be patient becos this kind of flashing method will take a longer time from five to six minutes.
Finished flashing then reboot.
Pls pls press thanks if I helped !

You will get much better description in the first post in the specific ROM's thread than by a random guy in this thread. Choose a ROM with a guide that you understand for your first ROM-flashing.

No I will not guide you since I haven't flashed any ROM on SGS2 yet (I've rooted though), it would be irresponsible by me.
But Cognition ROM has a simple straight forward description, if you don't get it then you need to search/ask specifically for the things you don't get.
If you can't understand these simple instructions, you shouldn't be flashing custom ROMs.

yes, or use ODIN to do that from your computer
Copy your downloaded Rom onto your SD card.
Switch off your phone.
Hold Volume Up, Home and Power buttons at the same time until you reach the CWM screen (as seen in the link above, )
Select Wipe Date/Factory Reset then Wipe Cache then Install Zip from SD card.
Then Reboot and wait for the Rom to load.

1: -Install ClockWorkMod (if you didn't previously)

4: -do Factory Reset
5: -do wipe dalvik cache in advanced menu
6: -go to "install update from .zip"

I'm having trouble with cell reception there isalmost no signal, will installing baseband switcher help ?
Yes, you can try switching baseband to your region, and also try more radio version, because sometimes newest version can give you poorer signal than older versions.

Ok I'm facing another problem it is not detecting my sd card says external storage not available ?
Edit : It shows up when i disconnect my device from usb weird.
When you connect USB to phone, you can select what type of connection it should establish from the notification tray. If you have "data storage" selected, then the sd card will be only visible for the computer you are connected to.

[GUIDE] Making The Jump From Jelly Bean to KitKat On The AT&T Note 3!

Upgrading from Jelly Bean to KitKat is easy!
Disclaimer
As always, this carries a certain amount of risk so by using the guide below you agree not to hold me liable if your device turns into a very expensive paperweight (not at all likely but you have been warned! )
Prerequisites
Windows computer
You must be on a 4.3.X Jelly Bean (rooted stock or custom ROM)
You must have Safestrap installed
UrDroid Stock Rooted KitKat ROM.zip (Odexed or Deodexed) by @carl1961 (everyone go hit his Thanks button!)
ODIN.zip (download in second post)
First Steps
Download ODIN.zip & extract the .zip to your desktop.
Download UrDroid Stock Rooted KitKat ROM.zip to your internal SD Card by following the download links in the ROM’s original thread (found here).
Once downloaded, boot into Safestrap.
*IMPORTANT* Make sure you have deleted any extra ROM Slots you have created and that you have your STOCK slot activated!
In Safestrap main menu, click on the WIPE button and go ahead and “factory reset” your device (wipe data + cache) like you always do before flashing a ROM.
Once you have wiped data, navigate back to the INSTALL button in SafeStrap.
Navigate to the UrDroid ROM.zip that you saved to your SD Card and proceed to flash the ROM to your stock slot.
Once the ROM has successfully flashed - navigate back to Safestrap menu & choose REBOOT & then DOWNLOAD.
Your phone will reboot into Download Mode.
Now, open the file located inside of ODIN.zip labeled “Odin & needed files are here” on your desktop.
Click on and run Odin3 v3.09.exe.
On the right hand side of Odin you will see different buttons labeled PIT, BL, AP, CP.
Click on the PIT button and select HLTE_USA_ATT_32G.pit. Now select BL and choose BL_N900AUCECMGL.tar. Now continue to match AP with the AP file and CP with the CP file.
Once all 4 files have been inputted into Odin plug in your phone and click START.
Let Odin finish its magic then reboot your device.
Welcome to KitKat!!!
Next Steps
Now that you are on KK you need to sideload Safestrap v3.72.apk and install it to your device.
Once you’ve installed it go ahead and open it up and INSTALL Safestrap.
Once you have Safestrap installed it is important to note that you cannot mix Jelly Bean & KitKat ROMs with Safestrap….you must stick to KitKat based ROMs (it is possible this will change in the future...if it does I will update this post!)
Now that you are running rooted stock KitKat w/Safestrap feel free to flash whatever Custom ROM you'd like to try out!

@carl1961 - thank you for everything you do for the community!

*If you download please consider hitting the thanks button!
Thank you for your guide.
The following steps are not necessary:
[*]Once the ROM has successfully flashed, pull the battery out of the phone & put it back in (do not reboot).
[*]Once your battery is reinserted press and hold VOL Down & Power to boot into Download Mode.
Safestrap directly provides: Reboot --> Download.

I have a question...
I rooted my Note 3 using the de la Vega method,
Then I changed carrier from AT&T to Aio
Will any of my Aio phone settings affect your root method?
Thanks
Thanks, this procedure worked great!
Quick question though. After I install a rom into a SS slot. The activated rom doesn't see the existing internal sd card files. Instead the "sd card" folder appears to be from a brand new unused installation. However the stock rom and SS recovery still has access to all the old files.
Is this expected behavior or did I mess up somehow?

I am sorry but I do not understand. Could you clarify? When you say "After I install a rom into a SS slot"....does this mean you have already flashed to KK? If you have ROM Slots are not working correctly in Safestrap while on KK.
It's possible that has nothing to do with what you asked...let me know if I am off the mark.
T-mobile unlock
Will this work if I have an unlocked at&t phone on T-mobile's network?

Yes I followed your guide and ended up with KK stock with safestrap.
And I didn't realize I have to install a custom rom onto the stock slot. I was able to create a new slot and install the rom and boot into it. but lot of things didn't work.
But I installed Dynamic Kat over stock now and it's working well and knox is still 0x0. Thanks again
I've had my Note 3 for about 2 weeks now, I rooted and installed SS on day one but haven't flashed anything yet. I wanna try this out but do I have to have a custom ROM downloaded besides UrDroid? I'm just asking because thats what the guy above me sounded like he had to do. Thanks!

Thanks for asking and I am glad you did. Since UrDroid is basically a stock KK ROM I feel like it is the best ROM to use this method with. This method WILL work with any other 4.4 based ROM....but I like the idea of flashing something that is based off stock to start with and then flashing anything else from there since stock is most likely to give us the fewest errors.

[Tutorial] How to Install Indian Stock Rom 32GB

Ok Guys so i have recieved quite a few requests regarding this..
Tools which you will need to restore to stock indian rom [pre ROOTED]
1. Stock Indian ROM 32GB Version [Credits NHS2008]
http://www.mediafire.com/download/qtqe8xqqc6kt0a7/GiONEE+E7+32+GB+India+STOCK.zip
2. You Need CWM because this is a cwm backup.
[recovery][e7] cwm 6.0.3.7 [unofficial] [Credits Ravikirancg]
http://d-h.st/dXx
3. Rashr an andrid application to flash custom recovery and kernels [Credit DsLNeXuS]
https://github.com/DsLNeXuS/Rashr/blob/master/Rashr.apk?raw=true
After you have all the files on your pc or phone you need to extract the custom rom on your pc do not use winrar just use windows inbuild unzipper and extract all the files...
Then Install CWM with RASHR
After that Create these folders in your phone clockworkmod/backup/1970-02-28.02.08.01
and put all the extracted files in that folder after that in cwm restore the backup..
Reply back if you guys have any questions..
PS : i will try to make things more clear by adding images when i get some free time.. enjoy guys..
Best Regards

Ok Guys so i have recieved quite a few requests regarding this..
Tools which you will need to restore to stock indian rom [pre ROOTED]
1. Stock Indian ROM 32GB Version [Credits NHS2008]
http://www.mediafire.com/download/qtqe8xqqc6kt0a7/GiONEE+E7+32+GB+India+STOCK.zip
2. You Need CWM because this is a cwm backup.
[recovery][e7] cwm 6.0.3.7 [unofficial] [Credits Ravikirancg]
http://d-h.st/dXx
3. Rashr an andrid application to flash custom recovery and kernels [Credit DsLNeXuS]
https://github.com/DsLNeXuS/Rashr/blob/master/Rashr.apk?raw=true
After you have all the files on your pc or phone you need to extract the custom rom on your pc do not use winrar just use windows inbuild unzipper and extract all the files...
Then Install CWM with RASHR
After that Create these folders in your phone clockworkmod/backup/1970-02-28.02.08.01
and put all the extracted files in that folder after that in cwm restore the backup..
Reply back if you guys have any questions..
PS : i will try to make things more clear by adding images when i get some free time.. enjoy guys..
Best Regards
Simmer
