I've been waiting to see this app come from the iPhone to Android but it says so far it's just supported by the Nexus and Milestone. I wondered if anyone has bought this and got it working on the Desire?

yeah, I found it in the marketplace today at £19.99. It just says it supports those two above phones though....

Bought it and I can confirm that it works on my Desire without a problem :] Needs some further work, though.

Great to hear. I'll have to get it too.... When you say it needs further work, do you mean Softpauer needs to do more work?

Did anyone so far tried Window 7 on HTC HD2? If so how it works? good/bad,freezing or what? anyone possible to explain how to do it aswell since i got my phone yesterday!

That's windows phone 7, aka WP7, not Windows 7...that's a desktop OS. The link mr8820 supplied is the closest thing you'll get to that, which is to run it via a remote desktop connection (I do it all the time, love it, works great).
Now, if you are asking about WP7 on the HD2...I know some devs were trying to see if they could get leaked development version of WP7 (since the final version isn't out in the wild yet) working on the HD2, including our own Da_G, but I don't think they ever got very far as there's some serious driver and other issues to overcome

lol I'm not a blackberry wannabe but this phone has more ram and better cpu and it has captative touch screen(better response) and the hardkeys are better to type since there is no multi touch so.. not worth it?

well, its not a big screen due to the keyboard so i think it isn't a huge problem

Come to think of it a physical keyboard aint too bad o.o tried one just now and my typing speed doubled .......

Motorola have promised it before the end of the year. Given that Intel have ported JB to their platform and hopefully Google will be involved on some level, I am hopeful for a fairly rapid update. But who knows.

How did they tell you this? There is a leak of a slightly updated firmware but still on 4.0.4. Very exciting news though.

Just wondering if anyone managed to install Skype on this device? It seems to only work on ARM based devices, so just wondering if it works on the Razr I. I love the look of this phone, however, skype is a must for me.
Can anyone let me know if it is compatible?

i've installed it just now. i've not got an account (or want one) so got no further than the login page. but i guess if it did not work it would not install?

Yep, when I installed an emulator on my PC, I could also get into the login screen. It is when you try login that it crashes. Can you perhaps login n try? I setup a test account:
username: alkit123
password: secret123

Thanks! I'm considering to replace my Galaxy Ace for a Razr i and that kind of information is really helpful.

My RAZR I had replaced my gnex as the daily phone. Not even using my desire z as a back up now due to battery life of this beast.

They do work fine but aren't very loud, well the I9505 just isn't very loud full stop anyway. I tried them earlier today as my sis in law has a icrap 5.

No worries, I am looking for some overheads but none of the lower priced ones are doing any justice at the moment as the s4 just isn't loud enough
