WM6 with MS stack, PC with Widcomm stack, auto answer problem

Some background:
I'm currently working on a carputer project. Everything is working wonderfully and right now I'm going through the final phase of having my HTC Universal (WM6) phone use the car speakers and microphone as headset.
On my computer I am running on Widcomm BT ver 5. The Universal phone is running the MS stack. I managed to pair and connect successfully with my WM6 device. The headset works very nicely both ways, but with a problem:
Whenever a phone call comes in the phone automatically answers the call without even asking me. It rings once then answers. This does not happen while not using a BT headset nor does it happen with my regular portable Samsung BT headset. My universal is set to never receive calls automatically on all profiles. I'm assuming the problem is in the Widcomm driver but there doesn't seem to be anything I can change in the software settings.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem? I obviously don't want every single call that comes in to get answered. I wouldn't even mind answering the call from the phone itself (and not from the PC) as long as the voice gets routed from the phone to the car stereo with the external mic.

Problems with Jabra BT8040

Hey, is anyone using the bluetooth headset Jabra BT8040, When I first bought the headset, I had no problems using it. But I've noticed a few months ago, that whenever I use the device, the person I'm calling wont be able to hear me but I can hear them. Anyone have any ideas to solve this problem?

I've got the same earpiece and I've had some problems with it, including: unable to pair (or saying it's paired when it really isn't), unable to connect the BT on a call, and sometimes the earpiece will just disconnect from the phone (but the call will still remain active).
That last one is the closest I've come to your issue. I usually have to put the phone in discovery mode (and the earpiece) and try repairing them from scratch.
I've heard from others with this earpiece that they haven't had problems, but I don't know anyone who has this earpiece and the Raphael. Also, I've got the Motorola S9 bt headphones and I haven't had any problems with them. So, I'm not 100% it's the earpiece but then again it could be.

i have this jabra for about 6 months and had no problem at all with Raphael!

Changed ROM
I've just changed the ROM on my phone (as in signature line) so that may change things for me with the Jabra BT.

I'm using the updated ROM and radio in my signature line with the Jabra BT8060 (wasn't it? whatever the one we were talking about in this post is) as well as a Motorola S9 and I pair it with my laptop for internet access that way. So far I have not had the same troubles with the Jabra BT as I used to. It could be due to updated drivers for the BT or the fact that I'm not using TF3D (just the new WM6.5 interface).
Either way, I'm having good results so far.

I spoke too soon on BT...
I've spoken too soon on BT. I was trying to get my Motorola S9 working so I could listen to music from my phone. No luck at all - it shows the S9 connected for both the calls and the the music, but it only works on calls and the music plays on the device with the speaker. And it was working just fine this morning. Bluetooth in general is so frustrating to me that I would literally remove it from every costom ROM I use EXCEPT for "Internet Sharing" (on an Acer laptop and netbook) over bluetooth and activesync with a PC. Not just with this phone, but seriously, with BT 2.0 it should work A LOT BETTER than it does.

I have similar issues with several different Moto H700's. I can hear them but they can not hear me. Possibly the BT drivers from HTC need a fix????

Help With BT Plantronnics

I had an O2 Flame and i use plantronnics bluetooth headset support A2DP works fine. I can use it to listen to musics and doing phone calling with the device..But then, i bought the HTC Touch HD and i want to use the headset as well in my new device. I had turn off the headset connection with the flame and test it alone with the touch. But it seems my HD can't detect my headset as well..I'm experiencing problem that my HD unable to detect my BT plantronnics headset. Is there anyone had the solution for the problem ??? please help me..
If possible, i don't want to change my headset ...thx

i hav the same brand the long sleek one blk one that has the buttons for music on the headset i connect to the device with no problem... try wen u turn on bt and search for the headset with the head set powered on try linking to the device from the headset first

Thx bro, but still no effect..should i use the WM6.5 roms?cause i'm using WM6.1 WWE 1.59 Rom Official ASIA ROM from HTC.should i also upgrade the radio and BS ril phone as well?is there any effect??I'm currently usingPlantronics Voyager 855

hello i got problem with connecting my phone with another phones via bluetooth. Its usual : tap to pair, connecting, message on the screen, but then ... it just go says "not supported" in connection status of device with i want to pair my phone .... someone had this problem before ?!

Are you able to connect to a bluetooth headset? I am not able to find any connect to my headset. The device simply says, Searching....

I have the same issue with bluetooth on my HD2 running WP7, but only after changing the radio ROM. When I first flashed WP7 I was using radio 2.10.50.28_2. The bluetooth paired with my Jabra 250 headset ok. I changed radio ROM to 2.12.50.02_2 and now the bluetooth won't pair with the headset, all I get is "Searching...", too. The weird thing is that it works fine with Android or WM6.5. I've also tried every radio ROM from 2.10 to 2.15.
Anybody got the same issue and found a fix please?

I'm using Radio 2.12.50.02_2 too, my Sennheiser PXC310 BT Bluetooth headphone is working properly (only listening to music) but cannot control Play/Pause, Next/Previous of Zune player on my phone
P.S. My bluetooth headphone can use for listening to music only cannot make/receive a call

I got the same issue as a comment above me.
My headset, blackbeat930, I cannot connect it. It simpily says searching.
My radio is 2.15, if somebody knows a solution to this?
I love wp7, but this is one of the reason why I would return to WM6.5

Strange that it used to work, but now it doesn't. I've tried everything, flashed a standard ROM from SD, getting rid of HSPL and started again from scratch, but still the bluetooth won't pair with my headset, or anything at all. Hopefully if we can use the update, due out soon, that might fix it, fingers crossed!

I have no problems with Bluethooth! I can connect the phone with PC, Phone (xperia x1) and Logitech-Headset (only with headphone-part! http://www.amazon.de/Logitech-Wireless-Headphones-Kabellose-Kopfhörer/dp/B000ALD3LC ), which was not possible with WinMo 6.5.3! But sometimes, you have to delete the connecting-information bevor connecting, or use that information-area as a button to initialize.
Used Radio-ROM: 2.15.50.14

Ok Mine is working again, I flashed the Moon_Light ROM and it worked again straight away, see the thread here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=11064627&postcount=1

[Q] HD2 bluetooth can't find Jabra BT620 headset anymore

Hi guys,
After a long time enjoying listen to my HD2 music with the Jabra BT620s all of a sudden my device can't find the Jabro anymore.
I removed it from the bluetooth device list on the HD2 and tried to find it over
and over again but no, the odd thing is that the headset does work fine on my laptop and other devices.
I also got the similar HD2 problem with a parrot carkit that started last week..
Please help !
