Never seen this before, like a faded out battery with a red exclamation mark.

Thankyou.
Thing is, I don't have a dock, lol. Oh well.
It was a bug in cm10.1 code. They added battery docking support to the framework. Its since been fixed.

Love love love the new update, but I didn't find anybody talking about not have the battery usage data in the settings-battery section. Mine just keeps saying not available. Anybody else seeing that or is it just me?

Yup same here. I updated early yesterday morning.
My speculation is that ICS uses a different algorithm for calculating battery usage, and it may require more data points... So maybe we are simply not using it long enough.

No, Asus just didn't (yet?) implemented it. It was the same with HoneyComb, battery usage was added very late in the process while Xoom users had it from the beginning. It probably requires a lot of work to get ported or sth.
Are you using the dock?
+1 same probleme, and for me the dock won't charge, but when I plug AC in dock it charge the TF101..? You think it's wrong upgrade or battery breack?

Are you sure the dock isn't charging?
Because there is no dock batt indicator in the ICS update, I check my dock batt level with Dual Battery Widget.
You can try to reflash the update and do a full wipe.
The dock firmware wasn't updated and i guess it's the source of many problems, including the battery status not being available.
Me too and no dock here.
Yep.
It's the same as early honeycomb. Let's play the waiting game
Thanks for the replies guys, helps to know I'm not just doing something wrong.

Yea also here but I don't mind every where I go if have a charger with me so I dont bother but still it's better then have a half working version of ICS then a version thats a little limeted without bugs
OK so before starting I do know that there are apps that do this however I don't want two separate battery icons in my notification bar; its tacky and it makes to notification bat cluttered. What I'm looking for is a mod that is known to work with paranoid droid that shows battery percentage instead if the stock android battery.
Any ideas?

I just installed apex launcher yesterday and thought id change the power toggles icon to battery to keep an eye on how the launcher would affect my battery life. A few hours ago i charged my phone fully. I noticed the battery went to 98 percent fairly quickly but then it went back up to 100. I checked my battery stats to make sure it wasnt just the power toggles playing up. But the graph actually showed the battery percentage going up.
Any ideas?
Is your device new?

The battery meter and graph are more of a rough approximation of your battery. It reads off of the current the battery receives. If it spikes you could see the battery graph drop a little and then go back up.

AW: Weird Battery?
I had this 100-98-100 bug, too. Happened to me 2 times. It seems to be just a small bug, doesn't bother me too much.

If you're rooted go to the App & Theme subforum and look for the thread on flashable battery themes. Over a dozen choices.

Not sure what you mean... I have it right here... lol
look at the top right in the circle where it says 89%, but yea it's a custom rom (and the option to pick how it looks is in Interface -> General -> Status bar, on my rom)
Edit: and yes, that's a screen off my Nexus 4, still the same rom and still the same option available.
I use Notification Toggle (free in Play) which puts shortcuts in the notification bar. It has several battery % options that display in the notification area showing 1% battery increments. No flashing required, just install from Play and configure the battery icon.

You don't usually see a "Pure AOSP" rom come with a device other than a Nexus. So if you're seeing it on all other 4.2.2 (that are not AOSP But whatever the manufacture made them as), it's just not a device thing, rather just getting familiar with AOSP Stock.
Has anyone had any luck changing their battery icon to any battery icon theme?? The only one I can get to work is in Wanam Xposed, and I don't really like it. I'm looking for a non-colored (battery and percentage text aren't always the same) theme that changes to yellow then red as the battery depletes.
The battery themer module in xposed isn't working for me.
TIA!!
If you are using beans or any rom with 1% battery mod then I have some working batteries in my real icon theme thread. If you dont have the 1% battery mod then dont bother because your numbers will be off. I have some non percent ones but havent ported them yet

They just fixed/updated the xbattery themer (xposed module) so that's working for me now.
