Hi, before going to update my phone, i would like to know what are the differences b/w the GB and ICS. What are the minimum requirements to install ICS. Does it work good with 512 RAM & 1GHz processor.

Stock Android 2.3.4 that are rooted and I have around like 110 apps xP
And 16 GB SD-card but I gonna upgrade to 32 or 64 GB in the future.
And I has also done A LOTof tweaking
And a nearly complete theme in the whole phone with ICS-touch but still unique, got the whole GO-set nearly but using SwiftKey X instead of GO KB.
And I got stock kernel and I believe that I will stay on GB instead of going to ICS I think

I can't test my sd card.. its a class 4 SanDisk 16gb sdcard with an 1gb ext partition and i also got a unused 256mb swap partition, but whats the reason that it can't be tested?
everything else works fine...
Maybe if you format .. remove partitions and come back to them
Good idea. I'll try to format the fatpartition first and if that doesn't help i'll repartition everything. Thx

I don't know how good this is.
Here's my one at the moment!
Using CM10 (20121117) and 48MB Swap partition.
How?
What are you running on? I'm on cm7.2.4e - oc to 1.2GHZ and supercharged.
Still all i could get in antutu was 2402. How you got so much with 1GHZ?
Please share your tips and settings
Thanks!
it would be useful if you guys provide basic info abou rom, oc, cf3d along with the screenshot.
i am using latest cm 7.2.4f from kabaldan normal OC 1Ghz and i have no idea why i am getting so low GPU scores. tried with and without chainfire 3D. In performance settings JIT is on, and the rest is default.
EDIT: Apparently they changed the scores in the newer versions. I benched with older version everything is fine.
Same android version as the user above... btw got the sd partition also just dont get why the 0(zero) value

If you boot the phone, you'll get a blue light (I think) then you need to push vol- (again I think) to get in too the bootmenu (from where you also go to the custom recovery to flash a rom). In the bootmenu you should have options to change the frequencies and Vsel's.
In my opinion the default setting off the latest CM10 rom from Quarx are good. If you go any higher, your phone will get very hot. On 1000Hz it's already hot (espesialy if you're also a heavy Data user).
Of course you are free to experiment with it.
How far I can overclock it ?

YOU SHOULD CLOCK IT TO SOMETHING BETWEEN 1.1 GHZ - 1.3 GHZ ANYTHING ABOVE THIS COULD MAKE YOUR DEFY UNSTABLE AND CONSUME A LOT OF BATTERY , I PREFER IT TO KEEP AT 1.1 GHZ
