Does somebody know why phase beam is not present in that fw ? Or am I drunk and can't see it ?

Its only for the Galaxy Nexus version of ICS. If you want the APK, Tell me. I have access to a Rooted Gnexus. I've tried it on the Regular GB - Note. With that Black banding issue on the NOTE, It looks ugly as hell.

Or use CyanogenMod 9.

Sorry JasonX... I was not able to install the apk because of screenfilter.... install button wasn't working... now it works

on my nexus s not work from play store download apps. it tells me error when i try. maybe its my neighbor's network problem maybe its these gapps problem i dont know but i downloaded from browser some programs... and problem is in gapps

Your device is trolling..
Google it your errors, but normally re-adding accounts, clearing Google services framework, playstore data

yes my friend is working ...

I was looking at flashing the 4.2 keyboard. In the 4.2 gapps link I see two keyboards, 4.2 emoji keyboard and 4.2 keyboard. does emoji keyboard contain everything as the other keyboard+emojis or is there any other difference? Which one is good to be flashed?

I'm using the full package with Nexus S with Codename 3.6.6 and Matr1x cfs v 24 kernel and is working GREAT.
Feel free to use it :laugh:

I have the latest paranoidandroid and marmite kernel.I have install the 4.2 gapps and when im on camera and pinch to zoom the zoom dont work...
so..what's wrong?can you help me please in order to have a working zoom?all the other factions like photoshere and panorama are working and they are great...

Huh, I wanted to try this but the results are terrible.
Camera(It crashes)
Gallery(It works but photo editing crashes)
Keyboard(Works but no gesture typing)
Clock(crashes)
Launcher(Works fine)
GMail(Works fine)
Emoji keyboard(Works but has ****ty performance)
App installer(Same as default one)
The rest work just fine.
Everything has been tested on FrozenPika 1.6.8 .

Camera- Try this.
Gallery- Yeah. Problem is with editing but you can use snap camera.
Keyboard- Only is working in English.
Clock- Go to settings and delete cache in app. If this doesn't working so you can try this.
Personally, I think that these results are sufficient to backport so at all with astonishment that something works. If you see these results as terrible so you can try to fix it myself or you can compile android 4.2 for u8800.

You can always learn I'm right now trying to port a cyanmobile build for u8800pro alone and it's really difficult... Everything is matter of practice

[REQ] Photospere for AOSP Roms

I´m using the illusion Rom and i would love to see a Photosphere Camera.
Maybe its allready out there anywhere.

Right now I would wait for Focal from CM

Yeah i hope they will do it soon. Its so nice to have it.
I mean its working because the "liblightcycle.so" is available but the apk is not suporting the Resolutions.
I would like some Camera with more Resolutions and 16:9 Pics.

i'm using Camera FV-5 from Playstore.
it makes 16:9 pictures in png format.
the only app i found with png support

U can use the 4.3 Google edition camera, there u get photosphere just use Google

I want to do this, but how would you get that on an AOSP rom?

Search photosphere apk and you'll probably find a .zip file. You can flash as normal in recovery.

Here you can dowload the flashable zip with the nexus camera and gallery app.
Just flash it with any recovery and it will ad the two apps. It wont change anything else.

I have a problem with photosphere. I used to flash the zip over maxwen's AOKP rom an i had no problems with it. But since the 8/20 Update the photosphere function wont work anymore. When i choose photosphere as the camera mode i get the following message: "Your device is not supported. Device: Oppo Find 5" and after i click ok the app crashes.
This confuses me because it worked on all the pre-8/20 roms and even on the stock rom.
Im also not to keen on going back to an older version of the rom because i would like to keep the SlowMo function introduced in 8/20.
Unfortunately i dont have enough posts yet to post in the development section, so could someone please quote this on maxwen's AOKP thread?

The camera in your screen shots is Open Camera, not stock. Although, Open Camera, in my view, is 10 times better than stock, you should try stock camera. But knowing FXP, I would say stock camera is not even included in the build...

Yes sir i used thirdparty camera . Btw stock camera included on fxp build, but stock cam always Fc &sometimes get opened normaly with same issue green side .
Stock music geting fc too. Workaround i used aimp and working normal.

Well it's still WIP. I would say that most of these bugs are just some selinux denials (easy to fix). I haven't checked it though.
If you want stability, don't use it.
