Use the odin version and odin manual you find here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2104988

I'll take a look. Thanks

I've noticed that from recovery, when I choose to reboot into Bootloader, I get the fuzzy screen continuously.
What is rebooting to the bootloader supposed to look like?

The original recovery has no "reboot into bootloader" option.
Dude... use a stock samsung rom, use the odin I give on that page and use odin as written in the manual you find there.

Ok, i'll give that a try now. I didn't know it had to be a certain version of Odin.
Thanks

Still no luck.
Looks like it's stuck like that.
Thanks for your help anyway.

I've also noticed that after flashing stock firmware via Odin, the phone stays stuck on the bootloader, unless I do a factory reset in recovery.
EDIT: I've also just noticed that according to the link below, I am flashing the wrong firmware, but I downloaded the UK stock N8010 firmware from Sammobile. Strange.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2016792

Still no luck. I guess I'll have o cope with it for now. I'll eventually send it to get fixed.

You can look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2268735
You can use my batch file N8000_SaveMyPitfile.zip or N8020_SaveMyPitfile and send me or post the pit file result for control.
As you can see the batch make only a copy of a little portion memory of N8010
So i can verify it (if it is completed for ex.) post it as regular n8010 pit file and post new batch for save my pit file of N8010 16GB!

If you still need the pitfile, I've ordered a red note 10.1 wifi only 16gb. (which is the n8010, I think)
It will arrive this Friday or Saturday; if I'm at home to open the door, that is.
So it might be Monday or later (I'll try to keep you posted)
I'll install a custom recovery and get root anyway. (Is there TWRP for it?)

If so you would be my hero. :good:
Somehow I have broken my GT-N8010 a few days ago and I've been trying to find a pit file since that day, so I would need this pit file too, please.
Regarding your question about TWRP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2133920

What version of Odin have you tried?
Actually, you do not need a pit.
Please boot into recovery (Vol-Up + Power + Home) and tell me what your CSC is.

I'm currently at work, but will have a look when I'm at home.
But as far as I found out, an update via PDA File from Samsung (Stock FW) didn't change anything.
Also all tips on other threads:
- Wipe data /Cache, Dalvic Cache, System and so on changed nothing.
It freezes at the Boot Image "Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1"
Best Regards

(REQ) CWM Recovery for SC-01D

Hi. I'm not sure if there's someone who can build device specific CWM and I've been wondering if it's possible.
I've tried to flash several device specific CWM recovery fieles on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, SC-01D(available in Japan).
However, it didn't work.
It freezes when the vendor's logo appear.
I know it's not easy to build CWM, especially for the device which is working on different CPU(it's not tegra2).
I would much appreciate if some of you genius build it for us, SC-01D user.
Thank you.
I'm using cwmr_touch_beta5_maguro on my sc-04d now. Working perfectly.
Oh nice! Thanks for the info!
I'll check it out and will try it when I get home today!

Ah I've missed read.
I don't think it's working on SC-01D.
Because, it's for nexus(sc-04D), not for Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, sc-01D.
Anyway, thanks.
Does anyone know how to make / who can make a device specific CWM recovery?

Fixed mine... HTH
I had a similar experience - I tried to use the file recovery-cwm_4.0.0.4-sam-tab-10.1.tar.md5 with Odin on my Docomo Galaxy SC-01D and it wouldn't reboot properly. I was lucky enough that I could boot back into the Download mode (Power+Vol Down).
To recover my Tab, I used the CWM tar file found here:
wwwDOTteamovercomeDOTnet/p7500/?page_id=5
NOTE: I cannot post links yet, so I put DOT instead of .
After using that file, I can reboot into the OS and everything seems normal now. YMMV. I'm not brave enough to try anything further tonight, but tomorrow is another day. =)
Any one SC-01D user who already successful with custom recovery ?

[SOLVED] My Note 10.1 shows a fuzzy/white lined screen when booting up ??? [Video]

I flashed stock firmware via odin, but before I clicked start I left my tablet to charge for a bit. While I was gone my son had been messing with my laptop without my knowledge, but I'm not sure whether he ticked one of the boxes on ODIN or not.
Anyway, I went back later and began the flash. It finished successfully. Then I started up my note 10.1 and the splash screen was showing white lines across the screen instead of the usual "Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1" screen.
Sometime it shows the 'download mode' screen for a few seconds too.
Here is a video showing what happens...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9gFJBz0THc
How do I get it back to normal and why did this happen? Also, will this effect how my tablet runs in any way?
I've tried flashing the firmware again via ODIN and again via kies, with no luck.

No clue as to why it happened. If you've reloaded the s/w again successfully via Odin and it's still there I'd try a hard reset from recovery. Turn it off and when it restarts hold "power/volume up" and select "wipe data/factory reset" as shown below. It might just be a coincidental h/w issue that popped up. But the fact "download mode" appears occasionally makes that improbable. You can always send it in for repair claiming ignorance. If you've only used Odin to flash stock s/w for your device's model (EG: N8010>N8010) Samsung will be none the wiser.

The strange things are that when the download mode shows at the beginning of a boot, it's always just a kind of screen shot from when I last went into download mode. Plus everything is working perfectly fine, the system runs as it usually would, same speed, etc. I can still root, flash a recovery, flash custom ROMS, etc.
I've already tried what you said, numerous times. I've flashed a few times too, completely erasing system, data and cache before flashing. I'm currently using a custom ROM and everything is working perfectly fine. The boot issue is the only thing wrong with the tablet. Surely there's a way to change it? Like flashing a boot animations?
I thought maybe it's soft bricked? I read somewhere that flashing the PIT would fix the issue I'm having, but i can't find the N8010 PIT file anywhere

Does this mean there's nothing I can do?

( Solved )SGS4 DO NOT ACCEPT formate or replace the Rom

Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings
I got SGS4 4G version. Since buy almost two months ago. I install recovery and root of the device and everything is normal. Before a few days I decided to update the device and installation of another rom available. Through the program of Odin in the first attempt appeared following problem: 'there is no pit partition.'
discussed the problem, and found that I must add a pit file during setup the rom. I did it, but there is a problem again :
'Complete write operation failed'
Solutions i make it:
trying to install more than 3 different rom.
Change Computer
change cable usb and experience more than 3 types
installed cooked rom ( ) succeeded
attempt to format not succeed,
through entry in recovery and wipe data ends and returns on, but device remains as it is, without any change.
You ticked repartition case that's why odin demanded a pit file.I think you used a wrong pit file you need a pit file that corresponds to your internal memory size and your device model.

Mate, NEVER tick repartition when flashing a rom with ODIN... This will require a PIT file and this can really brick your phone if you have the wrong one or a corrupted PIT file.
Flashing the PIT file is the last thing you do to recover your phone before sending in to service center...

Trouble Updating S4 AT&T

So I've had this problem for a while and I think at one point I knew what the issue was, but things came up and I guess I lost my place. I have a GS4 running 4.3 on AT&T, but if I recall correctly it took a long time (longer than it was supposed to in US) for even that update to become available to me. I'm not sure if this phone is set as a different country or something, but I seem to think that had something to do with it when I checked last time. Now when I check for updates, it does say I have an available update (KitKat?) but fails when attempting to update. Download is successful, but install is not. Baseband is I337ucuemk2 if that helps anything. Any help here would be appreciated, thanks.
Install is failing as some of the files it is trying to update has been modified. You would have to be on stock for the update to work.
Remember that there is no direct root method for KitKat yet.

So... pretty unhappy. Downloaded the update.zip and flashed in stock recovery, it wiped my whole phone and still didn't update. I saw a couple error messages appear as it was "updating" so now I'm still on old firmware and lost everything on my phone. Luckily I did a Kies backup but still pretty ridiculous. I still lose all save data from apps and all convenience that there was from using my phone for as long as I did. Just wanted to update, shouldn't be this big of a mess. Not sure what to do next.

Thank you. I prefer MEGA as is way faster than the others.

I'm not sure but usually you can go back between versions, LP to LP, MM to MM. You just must try, you won't damage your phone, Odin will just print a Fail Message. Be sure to have latest one, as you may get a soft brick.

Never mind, a reflash took care of it. Thanks to the OP for this.

I had the same problem (stuck on the Samsung screen). I tried reflashing, but that didn't work. What ROM were you coming from? I'm trying to "downgrade" from CM 7, since I'd like to be able to access the sensors and SMS not working doesn't seem like much of an upgrade.

Try going to Download Mode manually.

I had the same problem, 3 things I did to fix this:
1. Take out external SD card, the Android directory on it will cause bootloop
2. Before Odin the new firmware, boot into recovery to do a factory reset and wipe everything including internal SD card
3. power off phone, then reboot to recovery using power-vol down-home
The bottom line is to keep your phone in factory-new mode before Odin the new firmware
