I have the latest version of Google Search but there is no option for Gmail cards.
Anyone know how this can be fixed?
Thanks.

How did you get it going because I tried flashing the file but it always aborts. Do you just install the apks?

I installed the Calendar and now my calendars are missing. They're not even showing up in my sync accounts. I had permissions fixed and still nothing. My sync accounts show "sync error". Any advise to help?

Yes. I don't want to give in to Master reset, but we may have to unless someone more knowledgeable than we, and also nice enough to help us out, will chime in with a possible solution.

Okay found a solution, but not a fix to the Google Apps problem.
I have the Calengoo app on my phone and it allows you to input your Google account to sync the calendar to. When you do that everything is fine and you can sync directly to that app so that you can operate your calendar out of it. I prefer to use that app anyway and did so long before this issue that we had with Google Apps calendar. Even so I still would like to know what the problem is with the calendar syncing issue and the calendar not being on the phone.

I tried to look for this problem, but couldn't find anything relevant...
finally got my unlocked nexus 4 in the mail today!
was super excited, cut my existing t-mobile sim card (I'm on a contract with them) and was able to connect to their network.
the problem is that no matter what network i am on (wifi, 4g, 2g) i cannot download any apps from the play store. I click on 'install', it brings up the permissions window, i click on 'accept and download' and it tells me "[app_name] could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-5:AEC-0]."
Also can't update any apps...
I am extremely confused.. has anyone encountered this problem?

Go to Settings>Apps> View all apps and find your app in the list. open it and enable it
Tried but its not in there

If it's disabled, it won't be in alphabetical order with your other apps. It will be at the very end of the list.
In the settings menu it is named Contacts.

You sure you froze the app and didn't accidentally deinstalled it?

Re-Check, the name might be. Contacts or it may be on the end of the list
If it's not, then try re-installing your rom or you can manually push the apk to /system/app/
thanks for all the help guys ive sorted it now

How did you sort it out? I installed Overstock rom on my nexus 4 and after that I am unable to add contact. I cleared data from Settings->Apps-> Contact storage , still no luck.. Can you please explain what steps you took to sort it out.
If you go to Google settings and select connected apps you may find this "ghd.taleo.net" does anyone know what this is? I'm currently on CyanogenMod 10.2 previously 10.1 and I still have this connection.
A Google search didn't yield anything helpful in terms of details but apparently it is some sort of job search log in and I have no such app on my phone.
Anyone?

Maybe it's just advertising google does:
https://ghd.taleo.net/careersection/exghd/moresearch.ftl?lang=en
Do you have an app that may have anything to do with ght.taleo.net ?
Nope. And I can't disconnect from it in Google settings. The only social apps I have are whatsapp, hangouts and recently bbm. Which I've already deleted. Google settings doesn't tell me what app taleo is associated with either.

If it's listed in your play store app list, you can uninstall and reinstall.
