I just installed rom wp7.8 on my HTC HD 2 . Everything is working fine, except that I don't have internet services on the fone. I've entered the apn and even gone to the service providers. But still it doesn't work any help available?

I was have same problem, you must update your phone - Hd2_Mozart_2250.21.401.51303.cab. You find this file on 15.DEC 25 Lang HD2 Pdaimatejam Rom Wp7.8 OS 7.10.8858.136 RMT v8.7 >FULLY UNLOCKED> thread.

Extract it to a new folder. Make sure your phone is attached. Install UpdateWP.exe in "tools" folder, and Setup-UpdateWP-x86.exe in "if needed" folder. Now run WP7 Update Cab Sender.bat and sit back, this will take a while. Now your mobile data will be working fine. I had the same problem.

Does any one have an updated link, I re installed WP7 in my HD2 and I cannot find the 3G Fix cab. all the links that I have found are dead.
UPDATE: never mind, I finally found it in an German forum, with some Google translator help was enough.

Yea, me too..NOT ! My phone wasn't on the list so HTC is bull... and even if it had been i'm sure HTC couldn't compete with our masters work (udK)

IT was in all resent cooked ROMs i have tried but i thought it was a bug of the cooked ROM.
It there a solution for this?? any idea why it happend??
In old WM6.1 cooked ROM this issue did not occured...

In official RU ROM it works perfect...
How was this link found? The download does not exist in HTC when trying to find it from a number of routes. It always says the message "There are currently no software downloads available in this category."
Anyway, thanks for the link. My serial number worked and I have flashed the ROM. As has already been noted it looks the same as the one udk released recently.
Can upgrade from SD Card , i lost the cable!!!!

Hello everybody, I understand there is no hardspl but just wandering
if anybody has successfully applied 'gold card' method [using QMAT software]
to change language on their HTC HD2. Infact as far as I know hardspl is needed only for cooked ROMs but if you want just to put an official ROM but in a different language I've been told you just need to follow the 'gold card' method and you don't need a hardspl [you loose your warranty though!]
Is this true and has anybody already successfully applied this method to HTC HD2???

It seams that .nbh signature can be extracted. Will ,please, someone with more experience in this tell us can we change our ROM-s (official or unofficial) using this, and if yes - how?

QMAT is 20 Euros, I am willing to pay it if it will do the job...
Already bought it.. It has some nice features.. And the full version, which includes support for LEO is to be released at the weekend i heard..
Will dig more into that, when it is released..

Right... so some smart ass cracked your beta.
Why stop dev work because of this? It's not that every potential customer of yours would have access to the hacked beta? I would want a stable version...
If all software authors would just quit as soon as a hack or crack appears then we would be out of programs to buy pretty soon...
Does MS stop developing new Windows versions even if they know their software will be used without all people paying for it? I think you get my point now...

Trust me ... normally I don't care about my program being cracked. But cracking even unreleased beta just for some yet "unknown" stuff .... this is crazy. They even don't care if this beta has some REAL bugs that will kill some phones. And those nerds using the cracked Software are spaming my email account saying I would have killed their phone or they want support even though they never donated ... this just sucks.
However, we are now going one step further and are now working with security professionals .. money I would have preferred to use for QMAT development ... and there is a lot we want to integrate. Another change will be the name : QMAT is going to be PSAS.

So i used the WM 6.1 Ludi Rom or any 6.5 Roms and they worked well.
But when i use some special roms, the mobile will restart after 1 min. or when i take it to stand by.

- try reset region (link in my signature) or open new Live account. flash "HD2_Pdaimatejam_Rom_Wp7.5_Tango_7.10.8779.8_v 8.4" . set your desired region and login with your new Live account. Downlod something from Marketplace to lock region. Now you can flash 7.8 ROM and use Live account...

3G not worked only in one version of ROM because wrong driver and cab file neded only in this case for fixing this.... with latest ROM working OK and cab file cant help you.... maybe you not flashed right radio version for your HD2 device....

What should I do?........from your tutorial step 1. We have to select root manager from setting and then trusted for all application.....but in my phone there is no option of trusted for all application...... Plzzzz..help....

go to microsoft support page for India and use chat or call phone and ask live activation code for HTC HD7 which you purchased on eBay... give HTC HD7 IMEI number if needed (use HD7 IMEI generator, link is in install tutorial)

Hi everyone, i have pdaimatejam 7.10.8858.136 on my HD2 and i love it, i've had it installed a while now and always used wifi connection, yesterday my internet was down for a few hours so i decided to use data connection on my phone, it didn't work, i have done my research and this is known issue and requires 3G fix cab to repair problem. I have cab sender installed on my PC the problem is i cannot find a working link on the net or xda to get the 3G fix cab from, does anyone still have this file and will you share it with me or do you have a working link for it. Hi many thanks for your reply, I am considering updating the rom if all else fails, but, had hoped if any one still has the cab it would save me from having to go through all the microsoft sign up and setting up hassle. I don't actually use data connection very often as i am mostly housebound so just use the wifi. In your opinion is the 8862 rom the best one around at the moment.
