There is no best one for everyone, because every ROM is different and every person's needs are different. You have to try them out yourselves and decide, which one suits you the best. We can say lots of ROM names that are suitable for us, but not for you.
I need a Rom that speed and beautiful

+1 Go to the development section and browse the ROM, which is not only how you know what does what but that's supposed to be part of the fun.

Closed thread. No "Which ROM is best" threads
It is going to be an individual opinion, based on what ROM works best on YOUR device. Each person may have a slightly different experience on different ROMs. Your best bet is to ready the ROM threads, and try them

my advice:
take time to read the forum rules, before someone fight you away!
I don't know how much you've used xda but people get really pissed about these posts. My advice is read the rules and watch what you post. But to answer your question (and what the mod will probably say) you have to try different roms because everyone has their own favorites and their opinion on best.

Asking what the best rom is is like asking what's my favorite food to a random stranger. I would say you go to the Android development or Original development sections because all of the roms are there. Also, it depends on preference really, some roms offer customizability, while others are offering smoothness. Still, it is up to you.
I really like mlaws dirty ROMs they are stable fast and have all the current mods kernels and gapps all in one package.
Read around and see what ROMs have features you find useful try it if you don't like it flash another, but I would at least test it for a day or so .

The best way to find a rom, is to read the Rom threads, and find one that works for you.
Everybody has different opinions, and different roms work better on different devices.
Also, Best Rom threads are Taboo at XDA

There is no best ROM. Each ROM tends to offer something different and what you may see as useful or cool may not be anything special to somebody else. With that said, I am on the newest version of the PACman ROM and I think its the best rom available bar none. There are so many options such as PIE controls (which allows you to hide the NAV buttons allowing for more screen space) and not to mention the options of Paranoid Android, AOKP and Cynagenmod. Throw in the rock solid stability, (no force closes, battery drain or lag) and you have a real winner.
Anyway, like I said, that is my opinion but having used many ROMs I can tell you that most of them are amazing in there own right. There is no "best".

theres no best rom, theres only the rom thats best for you. spend some time trying out a few different roms, then pick one that suits your needs the best. after that, spend some time trying different kernels, then pick the one that you like. anyways, heres a great place to start, especially for a thread like this one http://goo.gl/YG5Gl
Well, this thread managed to become hostile and off-topic in a matter of minutes. Can't say that I'm not impressed though. Anyway, while you've probably figured out as much there is no best ROM because it's completely subjective and in addition being a Nexus the ROMs all seem fairly similar to me (it's odd to have come from an HD2). It's also not fair to devs to judge their work when they do it completely for free and opinions can easily differ. What I can say is that you'll struggle to find any ROM that's bad.
OP as stated, there is no best, it is what is best for the individual User, with so many variables involved...apps/usage and so on, the best thing to do is test and run the great ROMs out here.
And BTW thread cleaned of stupidity; Thank you and Thread Closed.
Has anyone put together a chart or table comparing the various ROMs features and maybe even a vote of users on which ones they like better?
That would be futile. There is no rom that is Best

There is no such thing as which is the best rom.
Try them for yourself and decide which one satisfies your needs.
Thank you and thread closed.
hello. I know that this is a simple and idiotic quuestion but I don't have that much to test all of those roms. which one should I pick for BEST stability. no need for customization.
