m currently using jellyblast v3

Are Samung Kies and Samsung Drivers installed on your pc/laptop system?
you have to install those.

Ok have you installed drivers for galaxy y in your PC, if not then install there is a link in Doky73s sticky thread if you have installed abd still the problem reboot if the problem persists uninstall n install again

why you don't try to pull from pda.tar file?
i believe that all gapps and other default apps in there.
if i am wrong,you can search around theme and app section,or pull one from another cus-rom in devs permission

Search in the theme and app section for the flashable zip and flash it via cwm

Yes, but I believe you have to use a browser other than stock or chrome.
There is a thread in the Apps section on how to get it.

Scroll down look for flash for android 4.0
Download and install
After install open Google play store download Firefox or puffin browser flash enabled.

You need this hacked version, I know it Def works with Dolphin browser

I download AVD video downloader app from the play store and it downloads adobe flash player for me.when I go to play a video it never pops up that I need or don't have it installed. Even worked on my S4 when I had it

In dolphin browser enable flash. Download and sideload the flash apk from adobes site above mentioned post. Boat browser works similarly.
