why you don't try to pull from pda.tar file?
i believe that all gapps and other default apps in there.
if i am wrong,you can search around theme and app section,or pull one from another cus-rom in devs permission

This I made a flashable zip for that hope it work, I didn't make it just took it from other rom for android.policy.jar and framework-res.apk, I've changed all png file on framework-res.apk to the stock

Dude, it wont work, It only works for the ROM base that you took those files from. It WONT work on all stock ROMs.

I think it'll work, coz I've tried it on Stock deodexed rom DXLE1 and its work, you can make a backup of ur android.policy.jar and framework-res.apk if you have doubt

Ehm for the background you can use APK Multi Tool, for the download loading I don't know coz it use progress horizontal holo dark

Whenever I flash job soft keys on jellyblast. V3 using merruk kernel I do not get any virtual app in the app drawer.....can anyone help me?

There is a script named updater script in flashable.zip/meta-inf/com/google/android/ which tells cwm what to do

Hey guys... I installed CoD rom transparent... I liked that... Then i tried the patch non transparent mode.. But i dont like this... I want transparent theme again.. What can i do? Please help!!

Look for your downloaded package of Cod Rom zip.
1. Go to,"system/framework" and look for framework-res.apk.
2. Copy and replace the framework-res inside detranspatch.zip.
3. Copy "detranspatch.zip" in SD root. Flash it!
Finally, It should work.
Tell me if you didnt get the instruction and ill make it more clearer.

Try to copy framework-res from Rom to patch, or just install ROM again

BTW, do you have 7Zip installed in your PC? If you don't, visit http://www.7-zip.org/
Then, download and install it.
After that follow these steps.
1. Find and open framework-res.apk in detranspatch.zip using 7zip and delete it.
2. Go to CoD rom package zip then find framework-res.apk and drag it to detranspatch.zip
3. Place detranspatch.zip to SD card root.
4. Flash it. Now you're done.
Please read the instruction well, im sure you will get it.
Its so simple!.just go to recovery mode and do wipe data/factory reset..and its all done!

No, brother. It will not restore the original framework-res.apk if you just do wipe data/factory reset. The original framework from CoD package must be reflashed. Data wipe will not help.

Take out csc from other custom rom which have us language and copy to ur system/csc .give psrmission through root explorer.and U r done ...hope this method will wrk for U :thumbup:

Deodex or odex nt effect csc. Jst root ur phone. Then download root explorer. Go to system/csc folder. Change this folder with any sgy rom which have ur regional language...

That is not answer to his question sir.
OP download any firmware containing your region's csc and after extracting it flash only csc.tar.md5 through csc in odin. That can help you.
I will edit this post if I get something easier like cwm.

Set your csc folder permissions to rw-r--r--
You can set permissions by going in the csc folder properties and set permissions using root explorer. You can get root explorer from play store
