I used to have JV7 from orange before flashing JVR... Think it was delivered via kies around may/june. Granted it was BVJV7, not this but essentially same. It was good but was branded. So i changed.... So maybe not soo new?

Wow thats big changelist jump from LFB! wonder what else is new apart from removal of local search

I flashed LG6 and my phone became SIM locked again. I used Voodoo SIM unlock but it keeps locking again on reboot.

Judged on the past firmwares and what's actually changed i don't think change-list is anything but a number . No evidence of say 50 changes when past firmware has jumped by 50 .
Change list 100 last release .
Firmware builds 110 115 125 not released .
Firmware build 130 released is more how it looks to me .

NEW firmware for Thailand MA5

I just went into Kies after flashing Perseus Kernel and found that there is a new firmware available:
PDA: MA5
Phone: LK5
CSC: MA2
Coming from 4.1.1 and:
PDA: LJ3
Phone: LJ1
CSC: LJ3
Has anyone else seen this? Or is that 4.1.2 and I'm missing something? Had major issues with battery drain and wifi on 4.1.2 DLL7 so if this is new I will try it out and post back.

I'm getting the Kies update notification too. I have 4.1.2.
PDA: LL7 / Phone: LK5 / CSC: LL2 (THL)
I haven't updated it yet, because I'm afraid that I'll lose root.

I'm hoping it fixes the battery bug and wifi bug. However, I reverted back to 4.1.1 from 4.1.2 DLL7 and installed Perseus kernel (no root) a while back to avoid the sudden death bug. If I am to try this new firmware I need to flash the 4.1.1 again to get rid of the custom kernel, otherwise Kies won't let me update. Which means messing about with backing/restoring data for an hour. And if the new update still has wifi and battery problems, another hour reverting to 4.1.1. Ugh... One thing I like about 4.1.2 is that S Note is significantly faster and also received a nice new widget.
