I have per app dpi working on messenger, gmail, and email at 220. For some reason I can't get tablet mode to work but I'm sure that will be fixed soon. Post any comments or questions here.

Works on any rom that I've seen. I'm using it on odex 4.1.2 DLL4
Here is a link to multi-window enable all apps. I have tested and it works great on odex DLL4. Another mod we've been looking for on stock roms!

In my humble opinion Xposed Framework is the best thing that has been done for the community since the old Rom Kitchen website for the first Galaxy S.
But for some strange reason it's not getting the attention it deserves from chefs and devs
The xposed framework should work on any touchwizz based rom

I agree entirely...
The problem is that there is a difficulty level step to overcome. Once you learn how to use this though, you find it's much better than other methods.
The best thing to do right now is to encourage devs to submit their modifications into the repository linked there. This is because the files should work for future ROM versions too, but if the developer updates their patch, it's nice to get notified about the update.
I want to push this much harder in the new year as the new way to modify your phone...
I'd love to have a "no sms in call log" modification

Hmm, I never considered this but this looks cool. I've two questions though, I've read the topic of Pulsur word by word, and I guess it doesn't mess up with any system files right (sorry I didn't get all the technical words)? I am a stock forever user and I like it that way. Secondly, to use it, I just need to download the apk of Xposed framework and install it, then I need to download the mod and install it, right?

Here exact steps
Download Xposed framwork apk and install
open Xposed installer application from drawer and select install/update
Reastart
Download required tweak apk like call record,lomg SMS multiwindow watever you like from available and install all required apks
now you will see notification in notification bar regarding activation, tap it and enable all tweak you have install and needed
Restart
Done.

I an urgently looking for a patch to disable the PIN request that I got from my exchange policy. I am using the Wanam 1.2 that ought to "hacked" but still I can not disable it. Already posted a question concerning the rom in the repsective thread.
Any hint highly appreciated.

I've also had some experience with Touchdown. Good but also paid. Would be nice to have the standard email app hacked for simple integration reasons though.

Thanks for the input, actually I would like to stick to the original Galaxy Mail oder Nexus Mail app, as they work fine for me. Cannot be so hard to adjust this if public avalibale programs like enhaced mail can solve this.
Have a search through the note 2 forums on here as there are similar threads as it has the same pin issue. Dont think it was solved but may help.
I used touchdown when I had an exchange server set up and was a decent enough app.

Make sure to backup your stock SecEmail and SecExchange apks. Flashable zip of my stock apks
This depends on what rom base you're using but I have a couple options for you.
This thread gives you instructions on how to patch
Or you can download my patched apks Here as an easily flashable zip. Note, this will only work on Galaxy S4 TouchWiz Based Roms.

Just flashed your zip but I keep getting the "update security settings" notification. prior to flash I had no exchange or email accounts setup, & I wiped davic/cache, setup via "Accounts" "Microsoft Exchange..." insted of just opening the email app.
Am I missing a step? Doing something wrong?
Edit: Disregard, a reboot helped

I just picked up my S4 yesterday and am loving it so far (came from an ELTE). However, I would really like to map the long press of each of the 3 buttons to something else. The main things I would like to be able to access with the buttons are: voice search, in-app search and kill current app. I've searched around and haven't found much. Please let me know if there's a way to do this!

Thank you for the reply. That's exactly what I wanted to know. I've rooted my phone, but I'm waiting until after the 14 day return period to flash a custom recovery/rom (so as to avoid any shenanigans if I decide to return it). I guess I'll have to wait until then for this functionality.
You can try one of the xposed modules. They work on stock rooted, odexed or deodexed. The latest one is available on the market called wanam xposed. Follow the instructions, you will have to download the xposed framework and install it before you run the wanum xposed. There is also nottach xposed you can find in the apps section in this forum. Not all of the features work for our phone but many do especially the new wanum xposed.

Hi, i have a XSP of course...and now im on 4.3 (.201), but even in 4.1.2. (.254, .257) i have redraw of icons and in launcher everytime i touch the home button...its boring to see that because duration is about 2 seconds to put all fine in screen.
Its still always happening to me and i want to know how solution i have to stop this crap to do that??
My rom is deodexed and have root and cwm installed!

Install Xposed module named APP SETTINGS, select the Home launcher..enable options and tick "resident" then save your settings. Now press home button if there are changes[emoji6]

I have tested the xposed app "moded" to work on 4.3 but i have FC when go to download part. I dont know why, the guy who post the xposed app "moded" says it works fine in 4.3 but for me doesnt work, i have pasted in system directory with rw-r-r permissions and nothing anyway.
i realy want to have xposed not only because the moldure you say but becuse others like fm without antenna and the hack connectivity...i already have it when i have on 4.1.2. but in 4.3. dosnt work.

im not sure if the thunderbolt will work on my device because is locked bootloader, and i read in the thunderbolt post it modifies "something else" around the kernel...

Have to read a little bit though.. might not get it right the first time. Always keep cwm backups if gonna try.
If you r rooted then download xpose installer and a module in it named app setting in that app setting select xperia home and tick on the option resident.

Xposed doesnt work for me..always have FC when go to download section...it installed the framework but moldures doesnt install because get FC everytime!
Any section of the forum who have the app setting to download directly and put them in my smartphone to install?

I'm not sure that is MIUI support i9505. You can see device list on MIUI forum on theirs website

try to head over to security and then choose permission and see if root permission is disable/enable

Apps crasing frequently
I've had the miui rom for a couple of months now and my apps keep crashing. This generally happens with apps containing date wheels, when I turn on the hotstop, if an app is taking a little time to load.

Can somebody let me know how to install some apps in this ROM? I have flashed this but could not uninstall some apps using Titanium Root, for example, Clock, Calendar, Video, Music,... I have my own apps to replace those ones. I also restarted after uninstalling, but no help, the apps are still there, even Titanium said they were uninstalled successfully. Appreciate any help.

2. The Gapps in the download section, contains apps for 4.2.2, is it okay to download and install? and by installing those files, does it install the google play store and services?
3. Is this rom compatible with all apps from play store? because in the download section it was written "Download compatible Gapps". are those the only compatible apps.

Pretty much as the title says im trying to find out if anyone knows of a way to enable all apps on samsungs multi window but on the newest 6.0.1 android as the app i use currently on lollipop is xperiacle multi window commander and it hasn't been updated to support marshmallow yet.... would have thought it would have by now..... unless there is another way as i have had to do it a few different ways in the past and not always with this one app.....

Hi, do you consider changing your ROM? If yes, then go for Kurama v3 6.0.1. All the apps are applied to multiwindow as soon as you're installing them. Good luck!

Wanam xposed build is working fine on Samsung stock LL and MM ages ago.
One xposed module to control multiwindow apps is Firefds Kit.

So i literally don't need an app or anything no root, nothing and just install Android M on my Note then edit services.jar??
Could you quickly explain? I am technically aware of what I'm doing just looked through that link and articles and i couldn't see where it explains exactly how to do what it's suggesting.
You just need to decomplie services jar and edit the one line but I'm pretty sure you need a deodexed rom
