I just happened to stumble on this while checking out stuff in Google Chrome - and wow, what a discovery! Let me explain -
1. On your chrome browser on your desktop, head to settings -> scroll down fully and click on Show advanced settings
2. Look for Google Cloud print and then set it up!
What you could do is, you could set up the Galaxy Note2 as a "Cloud printer". I guess you should have the Note2 syncing with the same google account and also have your chrome browser signed in to the google account.
Here's what you could do once you've setup the Cloud printer -
1. You could hit Control+P anywhere on any website - and select the Note2 as the printer!
2. This would auto trigger a pdf download on your android device of the webpage

Hey all,
Am i doing something wrong? I want to be able to see my desktop chrome bookmarks on my nexus 7.
I have all my bookmarks good to go on Chrome on my desktop. I've enabled sync. Then I enable sync on my nexus 7, and I still can't see my bookmarks in chrome. However, I can see that the devices are linked. Anyone have some advice here? Thanks!

Open the Bookmarks and where it says "Bookmarks > Mobile Bookmarks" poke the Bookmarks at the far left. Then poke Desktop Bookmarks or Other Bookmarks. Desktop Bookmarks are whatever is on your bar, Other Bookmarks are all the rest.
Are you sure you are signed into Chrome on your desktop?
Alright it's working. I basically had to remove my google accounts from both chrome on my desktop and on android... then i re-did the process, and it worked this time. Hopefully it works seamlessly now - thanks!
Solution
Here's the solution that will fix your problem.
Follow the instructions below, do not skip any steps.
Desktop Chrome Settings
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Advanced Sync Settings
3. Choose either Sync Everything or ensure Open Tabs is ticked
Android Settings
1. Go to your System Settings
2. Under Accounts, go to Google
3. Select your Google Account email address
4. Ensure Chrome is ticked
Android Chrome Settings
1. Go to Settings
2. Under Basics, click on your Google Account email address
3. Tick Chrome to Mobile
4. Click on Sync
5. Choose either Sync Everything or ensure Open Tabs is ticked
Now, the tabs you open in your desktop will be available on your Android, under the Synced Tab (at the bottom, next to the Favourites (star) tab).
The tabs you open in your Android will also be available on your desktop, under Menu -> Recent Tabs.
Is there a way to disable the N7 from logging me in and offering to log me in to every Google re-seed webpage and service? I like to share my N7, but I don't like that if you open Chrome to Gmail.com, it will log into the Gmail service automatically or offer to do so. I can use a security app like App Protector to lock down the Gmail APP, but I don't want to disable Chrome entirely. I just don't want people to be able to use Chrome on the N7 to be able to log into Gmail, G+, etc.
How can I do this?
Sent from my DROID RAZR using xda app-developers app
UPDATE: Better, but still no solution.
I found that Chrome has a settings (tap menu, then Settings, then tap your email address listed at the top of the menu immediately below "Basics"). There you will find an option called "Auto sign-in (sign into to Google sites automatically)." By un-ticking this box, it no longer offer to log me into Gmail, merely because I visit gmail.com (or mail.google.com).
This is only partially helpful. Anyone who knows this can simply open the settings and tick the box and then get into my Gmail. The solution is to password-protect the Settings menu in Chrome. Devs, I'd pay for that.
Hi
I dont want people to be able to type mail, google, com in Chrome browser on my Nexus 7 and be able to access my mail account or other google services. Chrome browser settings allow you unlink your google account connection but you can simply relink it.
I use "smart app protector+" to lock apps i dont want other people to get into but Chrome browser would be nice to have open.
Any suggestions?
thx

Hi,
I can sync all I want from my chrome account from a desktop to another, but the tabs sync just doesn't work (when the bookmarks are syncing very well).
When I try to activate the Android Chrome preference "Open tabs" in the sync section, and I come back, the option just unchecked itself. It used to work perfectly, and as I remember, I did not change anything to my tablet, computer or Google account. Everything is up to date on both my computer and Nexus 7, the OS and the Apps.
Did I miss something?
Hope that I did post in the good section. If not, i'll be happy to move this thread.

Identical problem here. My last sync appears to have been 3 days ago —*I suspect a recent Chrome update broke it. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my account from both desktop Chrome and Nexus Chrome with no success. My Galaxy Nexus is having no problems.

Tired the same things, still no luck. You have no problems with you Galaxys Nexus, I suppose you have this issu on your Nexus 7?
Yes, my problem is with the N7.
Same problem on my GS2
I've had this same problem on my SGS2 running cm10 for more than 2 weeks now. The open tabs sync settings option keeps unchecking itself. I've tried disconnecting my account on both my PC and GS2. I've even deleted data and reinstalled Chrome to no avail.
I think we'll all be very relieved to know that it's Google's fault. I can't post links, but Ars Technica just wrote an article on it titled "Why Gmail went down: Google misconfigured Chrome's sync server"
FIX
It doen't answer the question, but it solves the issue.
Following this procedure ended up fixing the problem for me:
- Export your bookmark, just to be sure
- Sign out from every Chrome client you have (desktop, android...)
- Go to your Google Dashboard
- Erase all the sync activity
- Wait for it to finish (a couple of minutes should does the trick)
- Log back in
- Import back your bookmarks (it shouldn't be necessary)
The tabs are now syncing.
Note: if you type "about:sync" in the omnibar, it should give you the errors about the sync function.
Hope this will work for you too.

Have you tried adding a second Google account? You can do this through the Google app. Actually you can logout of your Google account and log into another account via that all too. Click on the account icon in the upper right hand corner for these options.

I clicked the account icon but there is still no option to log out. Only switch or manage or use without accounts.

You need to install Google Contacts Sync and Google Calendar Sync (same version from Android version) from APKMirror to work and accssing the users and accounts dashboard activity to remove the accouts
To open users and accounts dashboard without launching from Google app:
1. Download Activity Launcher from Google Play Store
2. Open Activity Launcher
3. Select All activities in the dropdown
4. Select Settings to expand all declared activities
5. Select Users and Accounts
