Hello all,
After rooting my tab 2 from Samsung my screen got stuck in the 'initiating swagger' screen.
I really don't know what to do now. I tried all kind of button combinations to start again with rooting or maybe now unrooting.
But nothing works. Can anybody help out.....?
Thnx in advance!

First thing you should do is post in the right section. This is for the first gen tab P75xx series, not your send gen. Hope you can find your answer there.

Hello there, I've got a Galaxy S4 bought from Orange, I've just got it rooted a while ago, and I'm now moving to the next step, unlocking it.
I was following this guide Here
Edit:
Flashed ME2 modem and now the service main menu shows up, however after following the steps word by word, the phone rebooted, but it's still locked
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thank you, looking forward for your replies.
come on, no one?
you're a bunch of assholes, I solved it myself, thanks for nothing

Thanks in advance
Hello all, first post.
My name is John.
I have been an apple man for a very long time but have now decided to go to android as i was always jailbreaking my iPhones but now i want more and the samsung s4 gives me that.
However, i am really struggling to find anywhere that i can successfully root my phone using my Mavericks operating system.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT- i9505.
If anyone can help me then i will be massively appreciative if you can.
I have tried motochopper but that doesn't work because it says it needs updating but then doesn't let you.
Hope to hear from someone who can help me out very soon.
Thanks for the time.

You need to download Heimdall for the MAC, it has the same capabilities as Odin has.
Here is the direct download link: http://cloud.github.com/downloads/Benjamin-Dobell/Heimdall/heimdall-suite-1.3.2-mac.dmg
Good luck!
Honestly ? Given the amount of trouble I've seen people have with Heimdall on here over the past two years, best bit of advice I can given you is to make life easy for yourself & get access to a Windoze machine & use Odin. Otherwise you might end up turning a 5 minute job (tops) into one that takes a lot lot longer (then again, you might not, anyways...).
Thanks for the swift reply everyone, really appreciate it. Think I'm just going to go with the windows option as its seems the easiest and there is more info on it.
Thanks Again.

Hello All,
I'm digging around threads and cannot find a sure fire root method for my Sprint Galaxy Tab 4 7" (T237). If someone could point me towards a definitive good method of rooting my device I'd appreciate it. I've rooted almost all of my phones with Odin and never had an issue but can't seem to find anything. I sort of need a sure fire way to root because I did not add insurance on my device and I used to work for Sprint so getting a phone replaced wasn't an issue. I just want to cover all my bases that the data/LTE will remain working after root. Thanks in advance!!

This only safe thing I can suggest is kingroot http://www.kingroot.net/down (click first download) you can search on YouTube on how to use kingroot so yeah. If that doesn't work, then your going to have do it another way

Eww, I'm sorry, I don't have any thoughts for that issue... I've not come across this before, so sorry.
Well it could be a software/driver problem. When you do a "BIG"update in android versions a factory reset is recomended. If a factory reset does not do the trick it may be best to flash the rom with odin.
If none of those things work it's probably a hardware defect and you would have to send it for warranty

Certain parts of a firmware is not installed, there's a service code to update remaining part, we need to search in xda.
I have seen a post about the Samsung Tab A and Rooting. This was about a month and half ago. I was wondering if there was a way to root the device. I know it is still a fairly new device.
Thanks for advice in advance

You can just go to www.supersu.com and find a tutorial on how to do it. I want to tell you all of the steps but it is a tedious process so I hope I helped!
