Thanks for the heads up, samcripp is accepting ALPHA testers as well.

Article was based on info here... see this thread in this forum by our devs asking for testers..

Dirks user name was officially permabanned. I'm not gonna officially release personal info on someone but he is still around just has a different phone and a secret identity.
In regards to otl its still here just either buried of stickied. Either way I quit following it cause it became a haven for noobs to hit their 10 post limit.

Just an fyi...evo 4g just got an original dev section. Please read sticky in there and submit if u feel ur work meets requirements

Can you please move the kernels to original, and the mods in the themes/apps to android. Grateful in advance.
Edit: let me clarify... Example evo lte, original means enough original work or unique enough to warrant the location. Sgs3 appears to be original equals non-touchwiz, etc.. I do not envy the job of moderation...

I think the old great roms should be moved there.like myns warm two point two and some of virus's roms

LOL i was updating as we were talking. I would love to move the old roms but the biggest problem is it that the original dev section is meant for active threads/development and most of those roms have been outdated for over a year and mostly dead

That might be sort of a mixed topic as classic IS final, therefore no more development is scheduled.. also it is a 4.67, being how many of those aren't built from source.. mod wise, that ROM is pretty stacked with the amount mods and themes developed.. even if the thread is still active daily.. let tommy take it up with the mods if he wants.

Nice to hear you're learning lots.
Just some friendly advice, please some time soon read the rules so you understand how and where to post and when to create threads, correct posting saves the moderators a lot of hard work and prevents you getting flamed.
Really you should have posted this in the general forum/general thread which is always welcoming apart from some grumpy old gits like me ....joking aside, if everyone plays their part the forum is much easier to use and find information on.

I am probably a 100 times worse a noob than you are. The only thing I have done on my S3 is to get root access via Odin. Is there anyway you could point me to some threads from where I can start?
