Help with obtaining key from MS

Hello guys!
First of all; thanks for all the info in this forum!!! Really helps a lot.
I have a HD2 with WP7 on it. Just installed. I've tried obtaining a code from Microsoft several times, but all they say to me is that I have to find the code by myself or that they can't help me.
Is there anyone who can help me and get a code for me? If you need information, please send me a message.

After several tries I've found the right person at MS which could help me. Got my code and works like a charm!
