Hello guys... I could use a little help here
been around this forum but Im still a litte cnfused
ve bught today an new Qtek 2020i.. but the software comes in french and I would like to change it to english is there any way how to do it??

you need to upgrade your rom, into ROM 1.11.03ENG instead of French

Hi all!
I really need a original o2 rom (german). Since yesterday my touchscreen doesn't work anymore...nothing helps either soft or hardreset :/
I flashed my xda mini with a german t-mobile rom...works for a week, but after a hardreset yesterday the screen doesn't response on any touch.
An o2 Staff-Member in our local Shop told me (quietly) that I won't have any chance to get a new one, if it's so obvious that i flashed the device(No matter that I didn't make a mistake!) And I think it's very obvious if an xda boots with a t-mobile-logo^^ But a software-reason for the defective Touchscreen isn't probable, isnt it?
So i have to flash the xda mini with the original rom before i send it to O2 , by the way the only thing that i can do now with this device, cause I'm not able to finish the Touchscreen-Setup(hardreset) ...
I found the demand for the german o2-rom very oftenin this Forum, but mostly the answer is 'don't let the branding(t-mobile) get installed' etc. This doesn't help me, sorry! I didn't want the t-mobile-rom, i just did not think about the possibility that the shipped roms on the ftp are not from O2(could a admin rename this files, this happens to many pepole). It's was very angry to install the o2software 'by foot', but not the end of life^^
Now I really need this original rom! Couldn't anybode with a german xda mini take the time and make me and all the others happy with this rom?
I searched this rom the hole day, here and with google and didn't found it!

I'am a student and my Magician is the only way to reach me wirthout internet! I can't belief that here isn't somebody who has the rom, is able to make/get it or know where I can found it, even i searched a lot now.
Plz help me, if its possible...!

What's about uploading it to the ftp for al the others?
I would do this, no prob!

Perhaps this would save many beginners from doing the same stupid mistake, I must confess that a well-meaned advice to make a backup often is ignored to fast,I learned my leasson!

Saving present rom, please help

Hi guys!
Anyone knows how can I save my present qtek S200 spanish rom bc maybe if I have any problems with the warrantty i would have to downgrade it back to my present rom. Does any one know it?Please, help me ánd be patient bc I do not understan anything cause i´m newbie.

o2 Xda Atom Chinese To English

I'm sure this has already been posted, but some of the explainations are unclear. There are people telling me how to change my chinese version to english version, but no one has the english version. I tried to download from seeo2.com and they are no help. Can anybody explain to me in detail how to make my Chinese xda atom to English. Can you tell me what I need and where to get it.

that doesn't work. I've tried downloading the english rom and it won't let me. That's why I was wondering if anybody had it. and if anybody could tell me how to do it. I even sent them a e-mail and as of yet, no response. Does anybody have any ideas??

I have an English Atom and have just moved to Beijing, however i have noticed that i get some kind of configuration menu and then a "SIM ToolKit" menu pop up everytime i soft reset. Also the phone service seems to lock up at random and without me knowing i am un contactable as if i were "out of service area". I'm using China Mobile post paid SIM card and have run the Autoconfiguration program that comes with hte Atom. Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct the problems that i'm having? Also the battery does not last as long as it did a few days ago before i arrived, i suspect that the phone is always searching for the net work....maybe?
Please could any other Atom users in China give me some advise.
Jstbuyin, I have the ENglish ROM versions from the O2 site, is that what you need or do you have the ROM but just can't install it on to your Atom?
