Guys i know nemesis is banned on xda but still i need immediate help.
Guys yesterday i downloaded and flashed Nemesis V2 on my phone then it was working fine it was on stock kernal after that i put my phone on charge and went to sleep when i wake up i saw the phone has not charged a bit rather it has decreased to 17%.
I thought it is a kernel problem and flashed percy gnu#10. But then also the problem persisted rather it was worsened then i switched off the device and put it to charge and it worked well. I tried flashing stock rom via odin but the problem remains same. Guys plz help asap.
DO NOT mention the name of banned roms in xda. BTW, i think it is caused by:
1. Battery itself
2. Internal Hardware
3. Charger adapter

Might be hard ware problems,
But you could try deleting battery stats in CWM in might help.
install stock rom twice
or maybe you charge it in electric shutdown lol:silly:
Hardware error for sure, get another charger or get your phones's charging slot tested.

Look at your charging slot and charger plug.
Maybe it has dust or something in.
Had the same issue few weeks ago, i had some tomato sauce in there, dont ask, i dont know
Anyway i solved this special kind of brick with a simple toothpick and cleaned everything.
Thnx guys changing the charger helped me out.

Kernels no longer work for me. I was running _Motley's build 49 kernel and the stock ROM for a few months and never had any issues and had excellent battery life. Then I decided to flash PA and _Motley to give Halo a try and noticed my battery wasn't all too great. I then nandroid back to my previous setup and then my battery life went to ****. Android OS was my biggest drain so I reflashed my stock rooted ROM and kernel and still had the same issue.
Then I flashed Faux's reset kernel and was stuck in a boot loop but was unable to get past the Google logo. Flashed another reset kernel, can't remember who's, and everything was fine. Android OS wasn't an issue anymore but my battery life went back to being mediocre. So I tried flashing other kernels, _Motley's included, and Android OS would still be on top.
So for some reason, only the stock kernel is working for me. Any ideas why? I'm about to just restore the factory image and start over again. I heard PA uses a custom kernel from Franco so could that be why I'm having issues?
Edit: I also fully charged my battery and left it overnight unplugged last night and went from 100%-64% in 8 hours

Here's a logcat
Hi all,
Ever since I upgraded to 4.3 I've noticed my phone, when idle, completely shuts off and I have to do a hard reset to get it back up again. It did this when I was Chromecasting netflix, but I've completely removed netflix since then. Anyone else noticing their phone completely shutting off when idled? Any solutions?
FYI. My phone is not rooted. Standard stock 4.3
I'm having the same problem at least once a day and totally random. Not rooted and stock 4.3.

I'm seeing random reboots about once or twice a day too.
I'm running deodexed stock 4.3 from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2010887
Did cache/dalvik/system wipes. Upgraded from stock 4.2.2, which was stable as a rock. Might go back to that.. nothing too new in 4.3
Try reflashing everything using the google stock occam image. Mine works fine here.
Yesterday this showed up as my second battery user under battery.. With over 3 hours of Wakelock? Why? Anyone have the same problem?

Oh yes, you're not alone.
I've been having this problem on all 4.3 builds, JWR and JSS regardless of the vendor (CM, AOKP, Carbon...)
I tried many 4.3 roms, I always get this Android System battery drain. CM10.1.3 works perfectly for me though.
My brother, who also has a Nexus 4, has this problem on his CM10.1.3 installation.
It's not kernel related, I tried different kernels on the same rom and still had the drain. It's not JSS related, JWR has this too.
I wonder if stock 4.3 has this problem too. It's starting to infuriate me; I'm stuck on 4.2.2 when CM is already on it's first 4.3 M release.
This thread discusses this issue
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2392155&page=6
but doesn't provide an answer.
They're saying radio 0.84 might be the culprit, but I'm not sure.
I hope 4.4 builds won't have this.
My Nexus 4 has problem with charging when power off.
If I use original kernel of rom when I shut down the phone to charge, everything is fine, not have any problem
If i flash another kernel such as Hellscore, Franco when turn off my phone, It charge very very slow ( overnight but just charge 50%) and temperature is hot.
But Faux and HellDoctor is fine same orginal kernel
p/s: Charging when the phone is turn on, everything fine with any kernel.
What the hell with my phone?:crying:
Sorry for my English.
What rom are you using? Have you tried other roms? Maybe it's just rom related. Do a clean install? Happy to help you further! Just provide info
Press thanks I helped you
