Hi guys,

Hi Guys,
I just tried 'Sideload' installing the Kitkat update for my 2012 Nexus 7 only for it to throw up an error telling my my Boot Animation was incorrect or summut!.
In the deep distant past I update the Boot Animation to the 4 Coloured Balls Google Animation.
I DID keep the original .zip file, but I can't find it!
Does anyone have the original Bootanimation.zip file for the 2012 Nexus 7 (and Nexus 4 as I've done the same there)...
On a side note!... If I wait for the OTA, would that have the same error or would it install without any problems!? (the 4.3 update installed no problems!!!)
Cheers.

I was updating to CM11 M11 on my Nexus 4 and it wouldnt update, it would get stuck at the CyanogenMod Boot screen and the same happened when i tried going to CM 11 M12 from CM11 M10
I wasnt flashing new roms, i was updating using OTA updates on my N4.
A Factor reset got me past the boot screen but is there any way around the factory reset?
So today my nexus 4 shut off at around 20 percent batter i didn't really think any of it because that happens often and i just reboot and its back on after charging it. This time however it was different it wouldn't boot it was just stuck on the paranoid android boot animation. I searched online and found out that clearing cache and data all that works so i tried it to no avail. I did the same this again but this time re flashed the rom and still nothing. I then pushed cm 11 into the nexus 4 flashed that rom and nothing. So then the last thing i though about was fully unrooting and going back stock with nexus root toolkit. I tried it and went through but then when good ol kitkat animation started it continued forever. Im out of options now and i don't even have custom recovery anymore what can i do.
I was running Paranoid Android build version 4.45 with hells core kernel.
EDIT---------------------------------------------------
I have clockwork mod recovery back up were do i go from here please help.
Please Help Thanks

Hi all,
I recently purchased a 2012 wifi Nexus 7 to install in my car. I've flashed a couple Roms successfully, but when ever I try flashing the USB rom it is stuck on boot screen. I've left it alone for 30 minutes and it won't change. I'm wiping everything every time I flash the Rom like I do for the other Roms. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks for the help.
