This isn't an android section.
There are windows phone apps with those on live tiles so I guess it's just a matter of time until someone makes one here.

i mean a tile that gives you the battery %.
Windows 8 originally had the battery level and the time by the user name on the Start Screen, it may be a registry hack to add it back.
hmmm, i think u must used xwidget sir , like me

the background is pauldgroot's[found here]

Looks great ! Any way to add some sort of scroll, or something close to an applet ribbon for a single line of apps? I think it would still keep the minimal look, but add a bit more function.
how would i go on doing that?
maybe throttle launcher?
Glad to see I inspired you!
I like the classic retro look you gave it.
Finish it up and I would love to try it out.

Wasn't sure to be honest! I thought there was a way, wouldn't have to be a scrolling feature, but maybe with arrows.
But there's no doubt it would be a sweet Throttle theme!

Dude, UltimateLaunch - Then you're able to have options on transitions, ability to add more plugins, shortcuts etc.. so much easier than throttle
Maybe HomeScreen++? You can have a scrolling launcher, or more views.
When I tried rltoday, I gave up because there was a lot of screen flickering when switching to the home page, or when the clock updated etc etc.

This is really nice... but you obviously can't use ultimate launch to scroll it.. only to switch between tabs.

Buy "Beautiful Widgets" from the Market.
FYI: Your signature says "Andoid" and not "Android".

You can download a clock widget and weather widget and make it look something like this.

"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",

}
But if you want the standard "HTC Clock & Weather"-look you should get BeautifulWidgets. There are over 200 skins to choose from. + You can edit the transparency on any theme.

Digital Clock Widget by Maize
Weatherbug Elite
thank you for the answer !
and excuse me for the first reply, I had an answering error from the forum ...
Try Fancy Widget from the market or AppBrain.
It's free and customizable to a degree.

Top tip - thanks!
I have one in my theme
On my One X I use a widget that is aptly named System Info Widget that displays batt percentage and temp, free ram, free storage and others. Of course it's not compatible with the N7. Can anybody recommend a good alternative?
bump please :good:

Guys I found a widget called Battery & Memory Status Pro that works for now. It's just a 1x1 text widget but it does give you a bunch of system information. It's not nearly as nice as System Info Widget but it will have to do until I find something better.
that;ll do for now, i would prefer a 1x4 or something but this is cool. Not a huge fan of the needle look either
when it says 32GB and the needle is half way....?

One of the widgets that it comes with is all text based, that's the one I use.
I usually try to stay away from most widgets, especially system info ones, as they ware down the battery.
I do like "Quick System Info Pro", it allows you to enable statues in the notification bar. I also have "Android System Info" installed, and I just tried the widget, it's not bad.

elixir 2 widgets ftw. This is my "system" page. Everything I need or want including app shortcuts and uber customizable. I also use a 1x2 screen brightness elixir widget on my homescreen set to auto and custom settings 13 26 45 65 for the environments I use my device in and a volume one on my WidgetLocker lock screen. Never uses over 1% of battery.
Bump for visibility
I m facing the same issue, this was by far my best widget and was on all my devices but now i can not use it anymore
I've searched everywhere for this but somehow can't find anybody else with the same problem.
My lockscreen clock widget keeps on cropping itself really badly when I unlock, like it's too big for the widget space.
Weird thing is I've tried wiping, and I've tried several different roms and kernels (PA, AOKP, Rasbean) but still the same issue. So lost as to why nobody else seems to be experiencing this. Screenshot below:

Anybody think of an explanation? It's doing my head in !
It is too big. Your font is way bigger then the standard font the clock widget was designed with. What's the mystery?

Why is it so big? Know of any way to change it? I've looked everywhere in my settings and searched all the internets.
Just don't understand how it still does it on all roms I use. Ahhhhh
Damn. That woman is fine.
That's all I have to add to this topic.
Unfortunately I can't help, but could you share your wallpaper?
And her name if you know it, I used to know it but I completely forgot
Have you tried removing the widget from the screen and adding it again?
