Those files are Odin flashable. You need to download them to your pc and use Odin to flash them. You'll have to extract the .tar.md5 from the zip you download.

Download Odin 3.07 to your computer
Download the stock firmware. It'll be a zip file. Use 7-zip to extract the .tar.md5 file from that. You'll use that in odin.
Open Odin on your computer. There will be a PDA slot you browse to find the .tar.md5 file.
Put your phone in download mode and plug the usb cable into it. Have the usb connected to your pc beforehand
Make sure only auto-reset is checked in Odin.
Then hit start. It'll take about 5 minutes. Don't unplug the usb until it's done.
Edit, here's a guide on how to return to stock. It is not for your device so do not use any of the files on it. But the process is the same and may help you visualize the process. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=26056924
Stock Recovery is needed to get back official status/Flash OTA updates
These files may be useful if you do not want to flash an entire ROM through Odin again
Stock Recovery for 4.1.2 (Extracted from AMF7 which was the last 4.1.2 Update)
Link
Stock Recovery for 4.2.2 (Extracted from UBMG2 which was the first 'official' 4.2.2 Update)
Link
CWM flashable zips HERE
Have updated the links, if anyone still needs the files.

So I have a rooted Galaxy Note II with Android 4.3 and I want to flash Android 4.4.2. (I can't use OTA because I am rooted, it says your devices has been modified.......).
1. How to do that? I know that it's not the same procedure as if you have a nonrooted phone.
Someone told me I have to flash 4.3 with odin and then flash 4.4.2, is that true?
2 How about use triangleaway app to reset flashcounter and use OTA? or OTA will still not work?
3. How to flash 4.4.2 without removing root??
Download odin and flash the 4.4.2 package
And then download the root package and flash it..
And u are done
If u want ota.. U have to flash using odin and the modem of your country

about this:
""""""""""'
Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.09
Extract Odin zip-file
Open Odin v3.09
Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
"""""""""""""""
si I can install directly 4.4.2?
It is the correct procedure .. Just incase you are confused head over to the general forum and check for already posted threads on flashing

Check that fail happens only with PIT or with only ROM flashing (without PIT) too.
If that fail in both case then follow what rushi said above. If fails with PIT only then better contact service center as something messed up in partition.

When I'm install only the ROM installation is successfully
After I'm open a mobile working fine
But When you leave the phone for two minutes or more
The screen does not respond even reboot the phone.
Special Thanks to you and all the attention.
